Yes the major problem is the combo system. That's why I hoping with this supposed version up, they fix things like that. And go through the character balance. Because quite frankly, a lot of what these characters do doesn't make much sense as to why they have that And yea if they fix the overall game I don't think the burst system would be that effective either. Other games are fine without one, was just a suggestion -

There are combunation of things that make the game really stale imo. But the main offender in my eyes is the combo system. I think its safe to say a lot of us are tired of seeing half health combos into veil off into supers into infinite worth. Then for it to happen again a couple seconds later. The combos are extremely long and we're just sitting there watching the same routes over and ovet again. The game needs something to add to the excitement. Maybe a Burst system. I never get the feel of OH DAMN HES ABOUT TO RUN IT BACK from this game. Yea it happens occasionally but its not really hype. Doesnt help that we see the same half of the cast literally all the time. The game just lacks depth -

2C too? Goddamn. All but two of them is in G.A though. And im actually coming to like her nornal mode alot more than G.A. Her 3C is almost exactly like Tsubaki's but it looks like shes even lower to the ground. Cant wait until her FC stuff is explored.

It looks like D Sonic Saber isn't the only thing that becomes better in OD (8 small swords spawn on hit/block as opposed to the normal 6), while in OD regular Sonic Saber gets a slightly bigger hitbox. It makes me wonder, if her other specials change in OD as well. I'm pretty sure this wasn't said before but, G.A 3C Fatals. Easy pickup with 2C. So far that makes her FC's 6C (Both modes) G.A 3C Valkyrie Astraea G.A 6C also has 9-10 frames head invul. so in some way it can be used as an anti air.

It lessens the recovery on the main ones you should be using. As I said you should never use 5A, 2A, and 2B for charge cancelling. Kiba already answered this but, because your at 0 doesn't mean it's the best option. 5CC's pushback is stupid far even on normal block, even thought your at 0 you can't really take advantage of it because there's quite a distance between you and your opponent. And also as Kiba said, your options are limited when it comes to 5CC. If someone IB'd 5BB and you went to charge cancel you'd be -5, and that's no where near safe. And quite a few characters would be able to DP or 5 frame jab you. You wouldnt be in CH state, rather the last 1-3 frames of recovery where you wouldn't be able to block at all. -2 is arguably safe depending on the character your facing and it's about as far as I go in the "safe" region. You can still be hit out of the recovery if their fast enough (with 5-6 frame or less startup moves) but a lot of the time that wont happen. There are plenty of chances of places you can charge cancel. In my eyes Tsubaki's pressure it divided into 2 parts. Staggering/Frametraps (They can somewhat be put in the same category) Charge Cancelling If you find a balance within these 2 charge cancelling becomes a lot more effective. No one can "react" to a charge cancel, craps like 18 frames. All they can do is predict or call it out. They can see the last few frames and hit you out of whatever you plan to do next, but most of the time they will fail if your not being predictable. If your applying your pressure right, and slip in a charge cancel some people will see the last few frames and try to press something. And if their 2-3 frames too late, they would be CH by a 5A.

Pretty sure there's no tutorial. Charge cancelling allows Tsubaki to charge cancel to normals 5A, 2A, 5B, 2B, 2BB, 5C, 5CC to lessen their recovery a small amount and to give her a bit of charge. Charge cancelling is different from say just taping D, because charge cancelling a normal gives you a little more than you would original get if you tapped 5/2D. -Do not use 2D to chagre cancel, it is inferior to 5D. -Do not charge cancel 5A, 2A, and 2B. As they become even more unsafe if you do. -5B, 5BB, 5C charge cancels imo are the best ones -Self explanatory but do not abuse charge cancelling, she is never safe from any of them aside from charge cancelled 5CC If your want to know the exact frames your at after charge cancelling I did the numbers a few weeks ago. In the end use them but don't abuse them, their good for mixing things up here and there but their never really "safe".

We're going overboard with 2C. As I said before, if it was truly that bad we would have heard and seen evidence of this a long time ago. Not 2 and a half months after the game is out. 2C is your anti air. What else really needs to be said. This really shouldnt be dragging on like it is

Theres this pic in Phase Shift 4 where baby Kokonoe is with Jubei. I wondet if this actually happened or it was just drawn to be cute. We know little of Kokonoe's child hood years really. As for her problem with Jubei, Im sure it stemed from him being proclaimed as the strongest creature ever, but he couldnt even manage to save his wife and sister-in-law from Terumi. So it begs the question, how old was she when Nine was killed. Probably not too old. But old maybe enough to maybe remember her, same with Celica. How did she end up diving into science and get away from Jubei, etc etc. A lot of questions. Id like to see some interactions between Kokonoe and Jubei. Im sure itd be extremely awkward on both ends. I dont think she truly hates him, she just cant forgive the fact he couldnt even manage to save his own family. Even though he helped save the world.

A lot of people have told me Tsubaki limits me as a player. I guess its true in a way. I love Noels pressure. Luna's the one who actually taught me about staggering when I was picking up Noel as a sub. And it implemented it within my Tsubaki, and eventually, my entire game. I'm only really somewhat knowledgeable with Noel and Jin. Ragna I was just going off memory of what I see in videos I use it in neutral sometimes. Only to answer something, never randomly and never when Im pressuring.
