I'm really glad they're updating sprites and outfits and redesigning characters and whatnot. It's like the main thing I really wanted from a proper sequel. I still wanna see a Ragna that actually uses his weapon as a scythe for the majority of the time instead of as a sword, but I doubt that'll be happening.

Yeah, you do have to pay to make additional characters. But the pay system isn't implemented in OBT, so you're stuck to one. Thankfully though, your character can switch class whenever you want for free, so having one character is fine. Only downside is if you have friends on multiple ships.

I don't need to know anything about the other Blood series to tell that Blood-C was mediocre though. Some of the fight scenes were neat and had some good animation but it wasn't worth slogging through the rest of the series for. Nah man. New Lupin has lots of tits but I'd argue it's not fanservice, or at least not done in an obvious "here's tits for no reason give us all your money" sort of way. The show actually has solid animation, a great artstyle, really good direction, etc etc. It's just really well done. I do need to watch some old Lupin though.
