Hmm, I like Tekkaman's theory that the meter is Koromaru's health, seems plausible enough. I'm kind of thinking that while A and B are Ken's normals and specials, maybe Koro has his own button. Kala Nemi tied to C attack/specials and Koro with D is what I'm guessing.
