I think - in general - they are trying to move Baiken away from the "cheapness" of her character. Now she is getting tools to open players up and pressure them instead of just lure them into making a mistake. Those Baiken versus Baiken mirrors are going to be a whole lot more interesting.

HOW the fuck is using a HD combo cheating? They are usually difficult to execute and even top players here in the US will just drop them. HOW IS IT CHEATING? Fuck you people, if I have the meter and execution you're getting the Vice combos.

Ah, okay. I was really tired when I read it but that makes much more sense now. TBH You just don't know if Staff2 or your first hit will hit or if you have the space to actually get in. It's nice if you get staff CH, though.
