All versions are region locked, including the PSN version, I have a jailbroken ps3 and downloaded it and applied a region bypass patch. My JB ps3 can't go online, but it's better than not being able to play the game at all and before people start telling me how bad piracy is, I have both ps3 and 360 version on pre order and atlus have forced me into piracy for now by region locking. Ashes I suspect whether you get mod status is more dependant on your motivation to update threads and keep them organised rather whether you can actually play it or not. Some mod's are shit, but then you have PKTAZN who will grab any tsubaki vid there is
