Just got CF on the PS4 and picking up the princess. Feels almost like I am learning all over again. Hello everyone. Any tips for someone transitioning from CSE? Since I did not have CP even that is unrecognizable.

Any tips on the instant air dash and holding j.C to confirm into j.B? I skipped CP and these things are giving me the most trouble.

I was decent at CS2 and Extend (600 PSR) but suck at CP. I'm so discouraged. I'm 1-9 on ranked and my muscle memory keeps trying to make me do extend combos. How do I remedy this?

Hello. I noticed I am on the list but Amadeous313 has a capital A. I didn't know if that would hurt anything. I have CP now and my muscle memory is messing me up from new combos. If anyone would like to play some games against my Rachel I would be very happy

Any tips on zoning Noel? I played this matchup a few times and got squashed by a good Noel. Her Long Range Optic Barrel was messing me up. Seems to hit full screen now and I don't remember it doing that. Also 4D seems stronger now. I used to react with 2B in Extend and win out.

I see. The Arakune nerf was for the tourny crowd too though and not just blindly nerfing for casuals. The real mistake is what they did to Rachel after CT. That's in the past now and they learned from their mistakes.

The scrubs still complained about Tager when he was crap tier though. My point is if NRS made Blazblue they would continue to nerf Tager even more. I'm happy ASW appeals to the tournament crowd rather than the casual crowd.

Another reason I'm going to pick CP up and buy all the DLC. I have faith in ASW because they care about us (people who play or train to play the game competitively.). I say this because there is a new game from NRS named Injustice gods among us. They are nerfing my favorite character Deathstroke to crap because casuals have a rough time with him. No complaints from tourney players. I sat and thought "ASW would never do that to me." If they were like NRS Arakune would be very impractical for tournament play and Tager would be even weaker. I just wish ASW was a physicl entity that I could give a big hug to for always being there for me. That is another reason I will pick up Blazblue CP.

When will this come to American arcades? I'm practicing a fight stick and want to get fluent before than so I can go play this. This game is worth driving 8 hours for.

I want to be able to chose the character I play the tutorial with. I learned quite a bit about Ragna just from going through the tutorial.

I liked every single gag reel in Blazblue. If they got removed I would be very upset.

Why a TD nerf? That thing should be buffed. It has really bad proration and stuff. Sorry if that sounds scrubby. I just always thought TD as an additional optimal combo tool would be cool.

No you are right j.2C Being OH isn't confirmed yet. Even so keep in mind CP is a different type of game than the others. What looks bad is actually probably better than you think (since every characters getting nerfs) and this looks like a mixed bag. We are no where close to CS1 Rachel. I looked on the archives for Rachel nerfs during CS1 for the lols. They are mind boggling and this isn't anywhere near that bad.

Yeah but you have to factor in that Everyone is getting nerfed for this game. Rachel is just getting nerfed less. Pumpkin got hit the hardest but still looks viable. The lobelia distance changes aren't really nerfs they are just changes and we will have to get used to them while zoning. I also like the frog having less frames. J.2C being an overhead looks exciting, also the fact that lvl 1's are impossible with wind is actually a buff since it is an guaranteed lvl 2 everytime wind is used. 6B jump cancel equals even more mixup potential. 4B fatal counters now so I'd be interested to see the possibilities. I also predict that the 5CC wallstick will be very powerful when it comes to corner combos. Her zoning seems just as strong as ever. I would need to see the competitive potential of Lotus first though. Mori says he wants combos to be shorter in general to make the game fast paced. Rachel was never about combos anyway (At least compared to much of the cast.) This is another reason why I believe Rachel will be very competitive.

I notice If a Hakumen Is high on meter You can shoot a naked lobelia and many of them will use Yukiaze. When they do you can use J.8D to get out of the hitbox, making them waste 4 magatama. I've found it to be pretty effective.

I just realized something. Since one of her new moves has the input 22B and that is currently the input for Rachel's astral, does that mean we will get a new one? The input was changed at least.

Any info on Hazama for the loketest? My friend was wanting me to dig up some stuff about nerfs and buffs for Haz but I couldn't find much other than the distortion, two new moves and 2C floating higher.

I used to play Bridget in guilty gear but never played GG seriously. I might start playing GG competitively when the new one comes out. I know I'll like P4A ASW is my favorite Fighting game company and Persona is my favorite RPG.

I need P4A. I actually won a contest to get a free copy and forgot to check on it cause my baby brother was born -_-. I'm gonna sell Marvel vs Capcom and Street Fighter to my friend for 60$ to get P4A so I can main aigis. Blazblue is always my love though.
