AC+R was released five months ago on the Vita. The AC+R patch for the console (PS3) was just released on the JP PSN. If you purchased AC+ from the JP PSN store you should be able to download the AC+R patch for it.

So anyone coming for Saturday? well with +R update in the near near future, we should mobilize and have everyone bring setups to play when it drops for both PSN and XBLA

Well, I have a team meeting to attend in the morning. I had just gotten home from work a couple of hours ago. It starts at 7 AM, so if I go to sleep now, I'll probably never wake up for it even with my alarm set. I'm just passing the time with some Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus and some BlazBlue CS Extend right now.
