  1. My schoolwork has been piling up so I won't be able to make it out this week.
  2. I most likely won't be able to make it this week, my schoolwork is starting to build up.
  3. Hey shtkn, here's where I got my shirt: http://www.zazzle.com/scrub_city_t_shirt-235818736351845674 Even though they're a little pricy I googled up some coupon codes and managed to get mine for like ~$10 in the end. Multiple codes can be used at the same time IIRC.
  4. Good games, guys. The turnout for both the AH3 and KOF tournaments were great, good job guys. AH3 was really fun, I might get into it and start playing it more now.
  5. I won't be able to make it this week, but I should be free next week.
  6. Hey, are any of you guys bringing a computer/laptop this Friday? I'm in a mood to play some Melty and some doujin fighters. I also want to try out the new Touhou fighter, I'll put the game on a flash drive and bring it on Friday.

  8. I'll bring my laptop the next time I go. But I won't be there this week, I'm gonna busy with other things. I should be free next week though.
  9. So hyped for this week's gimmick tournament. :):):):)
  10. Okay so I got some new Sanwa buttons for my stick. I opened up the stick and it looks like the stock buttons are soldered onto a daughterboard, away from the main PCB. So I was thinking, should I simply just solder the new buttons onto the daughterboard, or should get some quick-disconnects and solder the wires (the ones connecting the daughterboard and the main PCB) for easier modding in the future? Also, I'm new to stick modding and I don't have any soldering tools, so is anyone kind enough to help me out here? I can bring all the stick parts, I just need soldering equipment (and some guidance too so I don't fuck up:v:).
  11. It's a Hori VX. It has a common ground PCB. I don't know if this is a good thing or not.
  12. I need to replace the stock buttons on my stick. I don't know much about this stuff, but the Sanwa OBSF-30 buttons are good, right? And what's a good place to buy them? Also, is anyone willing to lend me a soldering kit? Or maybe willing to help me replace the buttons on my stick?
  13. I most likely won't be able to make it to anything for about two weeks, my schoolwork is starting to pile up. See you guys in two weeks.
  14. Hey shtkn, Buddy and I need a ride, is that okay? We'll show up at your place at around 6:30.
  15. I'm not going to be able to make it to the meetup this Friday. I have an exam on Saturday that I need to study for.
  16. Just checkin, are we having the usual meetup this friday at the SDFGC place?
  17. If any of you are thinking about just going UCSD's WGF for only one of the day Saturday would probably the best day, since that's when there's gonna be the most people and parking's free on weekends. Like I said, I be there all three days, for pretty much the entire duration of the event.
  18. I'll be at UCSD with my setup pretty much all of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you're not at SCR and you're feeling bored, feel free to drop by for a few games. More info: http://wgf.sctechcomm.org/info.html
  19. shtkn, can Buddy and I have a ride there if we get to your place at around 6:30-6:50ish?
  20. I'll be there shortly as well.
  21. I'm gonna be extremely busy this Friday and the weekend as well, so I won't be able to make it to any meetups if there is one.
  22. I try my best to make it this week. I'll be back home this weekend, so I'm relying on my friends for a ride so it's up to them if they want to go or not.
  23. I may or may not be busy this week.
