I'll be back home down south on Friday. My friends aren't sure if they can make it this week; and if not, I might have to ask Ichi for a ride up. Also, I won't be bringing a monitor with my setup, I've returned it back to my friend. I'll still bring my xbox probably use one of Frubble's monitors. Once I get my hands my own car, I can bring my 32" TV for Fridays. On a BB related note, I've managed to find out how to combo into Arakune's astral and have it hit for all for four versions of the astral. And it works mid-screen and in the corner. I want to see if I can actually pull it off during a match.

Okay, so here’s a combo that I often use to go into Arakune’s astral and it works for more than 95% of the time, and it covers all four versions of his astral. Basically, it starts with: 2A > 2A > A-bug > 5C > 4D (no hit) > C-bug > 632146D > D-bug > when D-bug is about chest height, 4A > rising D-bug > situation #1/2/3 (below) After activating the astral and Arakune disappears, one of two things will happen. Most of the time, Arakune will reappear on the same side he was on and go into one of three versions of his astral, or he will reappear on the opposite side and go into the fourth version of his astral. If Arakune reappears on the same side he was on, go into situation #1. Situation #1, which is the easiest and happen about half the time, covers two versions of Arakune’s astral: the 2-bounce and the horizontal dash. Situation #2 is basically an extended version of situation #1, and will cover the version where Arakune does three vertical drops. Lastly, if Arakune reappear on the opposite side after activation the astral, go into situation #3. This will cover the version where Arakune does 3 bounces. The three situations: Situation #1: after a-bug bounces, 5D > A-bug > D-bug > rising D-bug > Astral Finish or go into situation #2 Situation #2: rising D-bug from situation #1 > 4A (optional 4C) > mash 4D > A-bug (optional C-bug) > D-bug > Astral Finish Situation #3: 4D > A-bug > D-bug > when D-bug is about head height, 4C > C-bug > 4A > A-bug > 4B B-bug> Astral Finish These combos can also be altered when in the corner. Instead of using 5A/B/C/D to summon bugs use 6/A/B/C/D, and instead of using 4A/B/C/D to summon bugs use 5A/B/C/D. The vertical drop version of the astral may actually be easier in the corner.

I won't be there this Friday either. I've been super busy over the past few days, and I'm still gonna be busy over the weekend as well.

The sleep schedule actually works. I'm able to stay awake and alert throughout the day with a total 4 hours of sleep per day. The only downside that I've encountered so far is that if you miss one or two of the naps, you'll really feel it. You can postpone a nap for like an hour or so, but any more than that and you'll feel really tired. So yea, if naps can fit in your schedule, I say go for it.

I'm good to go for this Friday, but I might get a little sleepy at around 10 or 11. I've adjusted my body to the Everyman polyphasic sleep schedule over the past couple of weeks. Don't be surprised if you see me suddenly taking a 20 minute nap.

I'm doing stuff with my family on Friday, so I won't be coming this week.

So here's a situation that I'm constantly losing to: I have no charges and I block Lambda's 236B. Lambda IADs back and throws j.2D and stuff. She lands and keeps me blocking with 5C, 3C, etc, and then goes into 236B again, or occasionally into 214D. What can I do, or is this a situation where I just have to have charges?

I'm probably not gonna be able to go this Friday's meetup, I'm not sure yet. For now, assume that I can't make it.

On my laptop I have Melty Blood, Eternal Fighter Zero, both Touhou Fighters, and Vanguard Princess. If anyone is interested in any of those I'm down for some games. Also, I'm still salty as fuck about Friday. GGs though, I had lots of fun.

I might be able to borrow a monitor from a friend on Fridays, so we're not always short on monitors. It's an Acer and I don't know if it'll have any lag, but it shouldn't be too bad.

I'll be able to come this Friday. Buddy, on the other hand, has told me that he'll be busy with other stuff this Friday and won't be able to make it.

I'm busy today, so I'm gonna have to pass, sorry.

I had a fantastic time tonight. That Unlimited Stylish Tournament was a blast. Shoutouts to all the people that showed up.

Buddy and I will be able to go tomorrow. I'm not sure if I can make it for Tuesday though. Also, two of my friends want to come but they need rides. Ichi, they live the closest to you so I'll ask you and tell you the details through PM. I'll also bring my laptop and see if we can try out some Melty.

I can't make it for Tuesday, so I'm also gonna have to pass on BSL.

I'm gonna be staying with my parents for about a week starting this Saturday. I don't know if you would want to drive all the way from Poway to my place, which is literally less than 3 miles from the border. If it's just gonna be us two, we just can mash it up on Xbox Live. I'm also gonna try and hopefully get my two friends to join us. One of them doesn't have a car so it's hard for him to go places. The other guy has ways to get around and lives around Ichi's area, but he seems like he has been pretty busy lately. I'll ask them what times of the week they're available and I'll try to work something out.
