Hey I'm trying to come too lol. I'll tell you by Sunday at Road to NEC. New posts on JBBS, they're talking about Rachel's dmg which is apparently pretty high even witout meter (4k from 5B, exceeding 5k from OD). The network is shit here so I'll look into it properly at home and edit this post. EDIT: Well, they're pretty much saying that she seems to have very good damage, instant overhead works on all cast (to confirm), 3C>BBL full hits on all cast, but wind and frog recovery is bad.

Yeah, but it makes me sad that they keep losing (especially Tenkyo lol) even though they're decent. N-O is on another level.

Yep in about 2 weeks I guess. I'm secretly hoping elusive players like Rin-hime, Mazo-hime sesu or Kure hane will make a triumphant return.

No, just calm down. Tager is bad and he will continue to be bad (they're even nerfing GETB if you're worried about it). He doesn't have a single good matchup (Rachel is like 7-3 against him lol). The information we have currently is extremely vague and you're straight off jumping to conclusions. Every single character has received nerves and buffs (Rachel included) and the game changed a lot. Wait until it's is out.

4B pretty much became an important combo tool because of the bounce property, but it's gonna be hard to use as a starter or mixup now. Could still be used around poles I guess . I don't think it's gonna keep 70 p1, it even has FC now... Also her dmg seems to be up (5B>5CD>3C>Lily+1rod>lv3 j.2C alone does near 4.8k) but it should be the case for most of the cast.

Hell's fang can be used to punish a bad summon, but the first hit is -4 on block and the second is -19 (guaranteed 5B CH punish...) so throwing it out randomly is a pretty retarded thing to do. So yeah, you can and should punish scrubby Ragna players mercilessly. Get that juicy 5B starter. Just so you know, there are ghetto frame traps like delayed 214A~214D or 214A>Inferno Divider until you're scared and respect him. It could work, but it's still silly and risky because 'lol unsafe things into more unsafe things!', so don't worry about that for now and just block patiently.

I started to read some posts on JBBS. They say they feel she got weaker and frog recovery is terrible Lotus is still godlike though apparently. I'll read some more tomorrow.

There's no trick to hit honestly, just try pressing j.D*> j.A faster. Also please ask in the combo thread in the future.

He said he couldn't do it so I'm giving an alternative. Both are pretty easy anyway.

Do it faster. Try advance-inputting 85214 quickly as 2C ends and then press B while holding back as soon as he leaves the ground. It should feel like doing a J motion on your pad/stick.
