You can also go for 5B > j.3DA IOH, but keep in mind the maximum range at which j.A will connect is character specific so you'll have to keep the spacing in mind. On some characters it's ridiculously easy and effective though.

I've seen Tetsuwo do interesting stuff like this and this. N-O pretty much pokes Ignis with 6B, uses j.B a lot, blocks when he has to then oh shit Ignis meter is too low for a combo when he gets it, free way out, touches him once and he's dead. Fucking magic bro

This is one of the matchups I'd rather dodge and just play Valk.

Well, there's always a-cho ranbats where Kokonoe isn't playable.

I'm sure he won't give up on her, I know he loves her. But yeah he got 2nd in the last OnGods, beat everyone but got bodied by Tsujikawa's Kokonoe. It seems this matchup is almost unwinnable at top level. This would also be the case with ~90% of the cast lol.

I'd rather use this combo in the corner: 5C FC > 214A > (dash) 2C > (frog) > 5CC > 6A > 236B > 5B > 6A > 236A > 5B > 6A > 4B > (OD) > dash 6A > BBL > (236A > 236A 8D > BBL) Fairly easy and 0 wind, but character specific. So far, doesn't work on Valk.

Edited my post which I thought was pretty unexplained, though I don't have much else to say right now. Lol I think this is free for Rachel. Granted I only played one good Bullet (offline), but he said "fuck this matchup" and switched to Valk. Bullet has a hard very time approaching Rachel and B lotus just makes things worse. I had a much, much, easier time fighting Bullet with Rachel rather than my own Valk (a matchup which is probably 5.5 for Bullet), which is personally meaning a lot to me. I will agree this is not a real argument though and tbh I don't have much to say right now since I believe Rachel's tools naturally shut down characters like Bullet so I'd rather wait for your post and see if that will change my mind. I can understand why she can be hard to deal with once she's in but I don't think that's enough to justify having a bad matchup. To the extreme I would say this is even, though for now I say easily in Rachel's favor. Also, watching N-O vs Bullet is usually pretty sad (despite his overwhelming skill he makes it fairly easy to understand match-ups imo).

I think some characters handle Kokonoe better than Rachel, like Bang, maybe Valk idk. Still a pretty rough matchup.
