  1. Thanks Tae, but what is the PNW house you mentioned in Renton? Also would it be okay if I were to bring Fighting Climax with me in case if anyone wants to try it?
  2. It's been almost two years since I logged back into DL haha. I live in Auburn, WA and and just a casual BB player who would like to try to meet up locally to have some fun and meet new people. I work in the early mornings so in the afternoon I usually am free. Would like to meet some new people and just have some fun playing games :D Screen name: WipEouT Name: Justin Lee Area: Auburn, WA BB Characters: Hazama, Ragna, Terumi
  3. The problem with AI is they have a specific range of reactions/patterns based on what you, as a human player, doing. It may be fine to practice some combo or maybe get a small idea of how it could look like if you faced an opponent who used that character, but never be "comfortable" with an AI and expect to use all of your tactics and strategies online with other players.
  4. I agree, I'm been looking around for any subbed videos or even a separate text guide for episodes 3+ but so far I have no luck. I really do enjoy watching the videos and it does make it even more enjoyable as we all wait for the announcement of the console release.
  5. Still no news regarding the soundtrack, but there are still some untranslated material from past interviews, articles, and also a little bit of content from the latest Bururaji Hyper episode.
  6. Looks interesting, but I wonder how much more of the storyline is going to be contributed to the franchise. As pointed out with Tsubaki's different attire I was thinking that could've made some reference to the Wheel of Fortune Drama CD.
  7. I used an online video downloader service called "KeepVid". It's not the best and it can be flimsy, it certainly does work. http://keepvid.com/ It's not difficult to use, so you should have no problem downloading your video. Here are the instructions of how you use it. (This is using Firefox 17.0.1 and you must have the latest Java installed for the service to work.) For example use this link to download the 1st Hyper episode with subs. http://keepvid.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailymotion.com%2Fvideo%2Fxvtnn1_blazblue-radio-hyper-episode-1_videogames%3Fsearch_algo%3D2%23.UNEDY6xAbfY Here are the general instructions of using the service if you are "starting from scratch" 1. Copy and paste the video link from the address bar into the KeepVid search bar, after that's down click on the download button. 2. Depending on the overall quality that the uploader has provided with the video, you might be presented with multiple quality formats. 3. Left-click and drag the format quality link and place it into a new tab (The "+" near the top right of the tab bar). After that make sure that you are viewing the tab with the aforementioned link and then hit "Ctrl and S" to save it. It will then ask you where do you want to save the video.
  8. Great, now with Youtube joining in on the hunt it's going to be even more difficult to start uploading material relating to BlazBlue. Also other video hosting sites are also doing regular suspending/banning of videos/users on behalf of ASW. I guess the "safer" method of trying to share these materials is to upload them directly to hosting servers/websites instead of uploading them to video websites. If anyone is going to try to do subs for the next Bururaji Hyper broadcast (If I remember correctly there should be a broadcast on December 20th), will it be safe to say that they won't upload it to any streaming websites but now instead have to host it on a FTP/File hosting service website?
  9. Yep, and it also looks like related channels are being targeted as well. I did recall two channels whom had recorded streams and their channels were indefinitely terminated as well. Looks like Arc Cops really don't want a whole lot of information being released to the public without their consent.
  10. They're going to have to be careful about when and where they decide to upload the themes, if they want to. Nico has been taking down a multitude of videos related to BBCP and I doubt they'll calm down on their hunts soon. It looks like YouTube might join in on the hunt as well because several videos that have been uploaded are starting to be taken down in a short time frame.
  11. The most common answer as to "why no Tager?" is because I've seen people whom rely heavily on his 360's and his anti-projectile specials for rushing/closing in on them.
  12. A small note: Youtube as taken down Sourenga's subbed Bururaji Hyper segments. It's unknown at this point of how Sourenga is going to upload future works.
  13. Thanks Emma for your work and time invested into these projects. EDIT: Thanks Chaos for the quick link fix! Took care of the problem in a professional and timely fashion!
  14. I first got into it starting at BBCT. There's a Gameworks that once had two BBCT cabinets side by side and it was quite popular despite having Soul Calibur, SFIV, and MvC 2 in the same area. I did try out all games but found MvC 2 (3 was better IMO), and SFIV boring and didn't appeal to me. I have been playing Soul Calibur for quite some time (started with 2), but I wanted to try out a different game instead of going with the "familiar and safe" style. I tried first playing as Noel with a friend whom did try playing as Nu. Both of us being idiots and simply button mashing I found that Noel can actually be somewhat decent with "good" button mashing at that time. Got hooked ever since and is still my preferred fighting game to this date.
  15. Hey! Been playing BB for a while and I'm having trouble finding some players to play with for BB. Since Gameworks in Seattle, WA got rid of the BB machine over there (BBCT), I have been deprived and looking for some local game nights. I'm a causal player who doesn't mind getting my ass kicked by a player who plays better than me, after all I play for fun. Real Name: Justin Lee Location: Auburn, WA GG Characters: None BB Characters: MBAA: None Other Games: Just about anything, willing to give a try at new games I haven't played yet.
