I think in most browsers, you can select: View => Encoding from the menu. There should be 3 options for Japanese encoding: - Shift-JIS - ISO-2022-JP - EUC-JP Most of the time, Shift-JIS is the one you want to use, but sometimes it doesn't work for me, so I just try another one.

SpaceMan_FT, I'm merging this thread with BioLogIn's thread. edit: May I ask why you guys use different codecs compared to everyone else? I've never even heard of Haali Media Splitter, and I've never had to use Matroska or FFDshow for any other videos than your match videos. Is there an advantage to using this stuff compared to what everyone else uses for viewing videos?

Spirit Juice: Black Pineapple

Type in download passcode. Wait 45 seconds until the download bar activates and says, "Click here to download" or w/e it actually says. Right-click on that bar and then "save as...". I've found that if you left-click, sometimes the windows explorer browser will come up so that you can save your file (as usual), but other times the page will basically reload and ask you to enter a new passcode and start again.

I have some clips of GG1 combos, but no CMs to speak of, I think. Clash vids from any particular version? Also, do you mean vids that are entirely devoted to clashing/offsets? I have a bunch from #R, but there are also several "normal" combo movies that have a bit of clashing here and there.

Okay I have a question for people regarding this video: http://media.putfile.com/oname It was originally hosted at Sugar's #R webpage, and it's basically I-No smacking Slayer to a background voice track of some guy getting hit by a woman screaming, "ONAME!" I was just wondering if anyone knew the source of this (anime/drama CD/radio show/etc.), or could at least decipher some of what the guy is saying.

I just wanted to add a small point to having unparsed URLs as default: I think it would be a bit more friendly for all those Japanese sites if you could do it throughout the forum, because direct-links to videos (or internal pages even) aren't only posted in the Video board.
