I'd expect the release date to be announced soon before/during the Arc Revolution Cup which happens to be in May.

I don't find it's on the lower side of the cast, damage wise. It's pretty average, and maybe even greater than most characters (excepts the top tiers obvs). The most noticeable thing is the proration buff on 236D and 6A, which are now good starters.

I died a little inside. Why do they hate tsubaki so much at arcsys. I wouldn't use 623C as an anti air really. It's unsafe and doesn't allow a combo (except on CH obvs, but the combo is shit anyway) So what do we have for anti air now?

Agree. It actually happens to me to get pissed seeing some obvious DP getting punished. It's ok to use them, but he uses them far TOO much. Well, he was using it alot in CSEX too if you remember. He was one of the only (if not only) tsubaki that woke up with DP A pretty much all the time, and i was always wondering why the others did not. Also, he used the throw a lot, he kinda lost that habit now.

9k unburstable combo starting off an instant overhead. Seems legit.

The thing to counter amane's chip damage is to not block. After his 3C (or whatever HKD you), just don't tech. You'll receive 1500 damages from his drills on blue beat, and he has no okizeme after that. Kaqn already understood that against Shadow (see jourdal's channel)

Sorry if it's already been asked but... Does anyone know what happens if you combine her overdrive with mugen? Does it gives unlimited charge for a time (kinda like Hakumen?) That would be broken, i doubt it works this way edit : ok it seems that mugen takes priority over OD. That's a shame. Anyway that new tsubaki is so much stronger than in CSEX. Can't wait to play her dammit *-*

the 2A+B goes under her 5A if timed well, or more like it as slightly more range and can break it. It's not easy to do, but it's certainly one of the key of this matchup, as it gives us a free mixup behind this. [rant]Mitsuru is so broken tier it's not even funny [/rant]

Played against a good Naoto (one that knows how to zone, do the broken f**** loop and stuff like that), it's do-able. Naoto's j.5B beats our j.5B, her j.C is kinda broken (hits behind and above her :\ ) and destroy our persona. On the other hand, the traps aren't an issue at all since our j.b wipes them all. Also, she can't really gunstance fullscreen spam because of our 8C, so she needs to attack at mid range, where she's vulnerable to our persona. The only thing that is really a pain in the ass is naoto's counter. It triggers on Asterius' attacks, and can punish us as well if we try to IAD / crossup / whatever at the same time. It totally denies our mix ups, which is kinda stupid. I believe the way to win this matchup is to bait every B+D and punish with a FC 5B. That's at least what i tried to do, and i did pretty well. Also be aware that Naoto can hurt our persona just before 8C hits her, by doing a back jump C. 8C is only useful to prevent her from doing the gunstance spam and allowing us to approach, not really to hurt her

Yeah, i facepalmed when i saw that his DP is air unblockable. What where they thinking. It's already fast has hell and as a decent hitbox, it didn't need to be air unblockable edit : only the first hit of his dp is unblockable actually. Might change something, or not.

Played against a "good" (he knows his stuff at least) Yu player, it's hell. Every Yu's B moves bypass Asterius armor, so you will get persona break really fast (even his lighting ball destroys our persona). His normal moves have more range than you and are way faster, his 2B is godlike and even our j.B will lose against it. Once he lands a sweep against you, it's where the trouble begins, as his huge blockstrings and mixups start. Our B+D isn't good, he can safe jump it quite easily during the blockstring. I think the match up is to keep him at distance, while guarding with our persona all the time, until you can land a hard knockdown and mixup him to death in one go. Once he gets you, you are in trouble. It's not a really good match up

@Urichinan Nice discovery. Unfortunatly, j.BB needs to connect at the lowest possible, which is kind of hard to pull off. I think i'll stick to 2B FC > j.B > dj.B > j.214B > SC 214214C (2C, 5C) > 5AA > 2B > (2C) > j.B > j.214B > (5C) It requires no timing at all and deals 54xx damages. That's the best I came up with a 2B FC starter :x

I haven't tried corner titanomachia combos yet tbh. I just know you can FC 5B > FC AoA D > 5AA > 2B > stuff. Maybe there is something to do with this.

I've already posted a fuzzy guard setup, but it only works on Yu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pQMt2tWkIA&feature=youtu.be j.b and j.a are too slow to make decent instant overhead. @Urichinan : You shouldn't try to start your titanomachia combos by 2B > SC tita. It's impossible to confirm a FC in matches like that, unless you are punishing a very unsafe move. You should try to find the best with a 2B FC > j.b / 5B / whatever, then SC. Also in corner you can 5B FC > AoA D > combo. You should look this way for max damages and efficienty in corner. I played a bit yesterday, and people tend to mash between the revolver action 2B > 5B, which often leads to a fatal because it's a good frametrap.

If i remember right, the 8C route deals less damage than the 2C. Apparently 8C has a very bad prorate, and damages after it decrease a lot.
