I've seen it blocked a few times. it looks relatively safe even though its negative on block. i think you're invincible until you return to neutral.

Im kinda disappointed that mugen still looks like crap... Its even more now irrelevant thanks to his OD(not sure of the name). Also ive been wondering what the dmg off of a D enma into OD would look like? Its Possible right?

If the start up of ragna's OD 10 frames or less(it could be a lil more but im sure you have to wait for atleast 1frame of jump start-up) You could do 5c JCC OD and anything 8 frames or faster(like a close 5b), a high hitting 3c JCC OD into anything 7frames or faster(like a 2a or ID), 6a JCC OD into anything 14 frames or faster and 6c into anything about 30 frames or faster. If OD is 7 frames or less then 5c JCC OD into anything 11 frames or faster is possible. a regular 3c into anything 7 or maybe 8 frames or faster, 6a JCC OD into most things would be possible and the same for 6c JCC OD If its faster than that then even more options open up. This is if alot of the untechable time and hit-stun of the moves stayed the same as EX however, so this may not be accurate.

near the corner (starter) 3c 22c DS dc 5c 6A js OD or just straight OD after the dc 6B 5D(1) DID punch OD AA hit dash 5b 6A GH keri age dash 5b 6A air to air J.C counter hit 5B or 5A, 6A after BE after DID fatal after an air hit dead spike i can go list possibilities all day granted these all depend on OD speed which looks really fast But i honestly dont think it will be hard to cancel into OD.

ugh... here i go you know if you OD in neutral it lasts longer. If you OD during your jump it counts as a neutral OD. If you do a Jc-able move you can jc and get a neutral OD. You can OD during jump start up frames to get about the same speed as a special cancel OD off of Jc-able normals but have it count as a neutral OD while staying on the ground. Heat gain has been nerfed in CP If you have 50 heat you can OD off of a Jc-able normal(example: 6A,6C,3C) and get a neutral OD combo with either a CT or an OD DD at the end. If you have 50 heat you CAN RC then OD but you wont be able to do a CT or an OD at the end. An OD combo for 50 heat off of a jc-able normal does more dmg than a RC into OD. Unless it is for the kill(absolutely necessary) blowing 100 heat for a RC into OD is not smart. OD'ing off of a jc-able normal is better. Im not saying i know all the options or whatever. I just thought a little bit about the information i was given and used it to form an idea. Sorry for insulting your reading skills. look i get what your saying but your still thinking in EX mode, starters and proration don't have anything to do with untech time heat gain is also destroyed. alot of rags P1 have also gotten boosted. starting off of a good starter will in almost all circumstances for 50 heat into OD do less dmg and gain less meter than starting with 50 heat and using it during OD for dmg.

I don't want to say this but sometimes the Ragna board kinda feels like its lacking in the reading comprehension department. I don't want to go into detail but i covered what you said in my post, read it again. PM me if you want me to explain Edit: Oh yeh 22C dc neutral OD or just 22C into neutral OD might work in the corner if OD is fast enough.

unless it is absolutely necessary I have almost literally no clue why you would want to, when even if you OD off of 6A having that 50 heat for a super or a CT would probably get you more dmg than blowing 50 heat and temporarily killing your heat gain to OD off of a HF or something. And 22c OD does work but special cancelling into an OD murders the time you are in it

If the OD start up is fast enough you may be able to do 3C jump start up OD 5a DID or maybe even just 3C js OD DID off a high enough hitting 3c. also if 6c js OD DS is possible it might be the way to go near the corner because it really looks like 5D(1)'s untech time has been nerfed and other than 22c i don't think there is any other way to combo into DS. Edit: just thought of decent combo's that might work Starter, 5C, 6C, js OD **DS** (dc) **CT**, 22c (dc) 2D, *6D*, DID kick, air GH keri age, 6D, air BS, *6d, BE* 5D, HF Tsuika, 3c (DID Kick CS) if OD , DS doesnt work then x,x,6C js OD HJ.C, BE, 3C, 22c, *dc 2D* CT, DID kick, air GH keri age, 6D*(D whiff), 6D* air BS, 5D, HF Tsuika, 3C, (DID kick or CS) i put asterisks around stuff i wasn't sure would work but could be omitted and a double asterisk around stuff that cant be omitted and would kill the combo if they dont work. also iuno at what hp this would be possible cuz im still iffy on the amount of time his OD has. also these are corner combo's

Oh yeh, on that note does anyone know If you OD during jump start up whether it counts as a neutral OD or a Cancelled OD?

I honestly doubt its anywhere as good as the former 2c was. It certainly would have a few area's where it would be better. But rag lost a safe FC frame trap, He lost safe FC throw bait set ups(if they dont abc option select) and a semi-legit FC poke in place of a 7-frame ultra punishable ok anti air. Generally the DID FC punish would only be truly safe if the opponent doesn't have 50 meter and/or you do and in that case the punish won't necessarily be guaranteed and you wouldn't be able to continue pressure for free if by some chance its blocked. I mean if you have balls of diamond you can use it as a poke but unless it hits at least 6k dmg for free its not that good. Then again the we weren't talking about if its better than the old 2c which was great.

Cuz were actually on the subject For azrael alot of people would be good for him but the one i'd want the most would be Christopher Sabat. For Amane i was thinking yeh he's fab and all but his seiyuu doesnt really play to it. he still sounds like a dude and it works awesomely so my favorite would be Yuri Lowenthal or Johnny Yong Bosch(yeh he is everywhere but he could work for him) i didnt think of Vic Mignona but he'd be perfect too -
Agito puts you in a mean mix up if you quick tech on hit(possibly on block too) along with being an overall great move. 6b does good dmg on CH. 5d enma does incredible dmg for 1 star off a counter even if its a little slow. his OD is brutal. His meter gain is nice. He can spam his CT more than anyone else. And he is badass incarnate. This is the kind of Man we need in the white house.

Gyodd. 2a,5a,5b, and 5c have 100p1 now... why dont they think thats excessive?? Edit:Oh i see his combo rating got burnt. so i guess his untech time will scale less as he does more hits for similar dmg
