chose Litchi because her play-style - dont ask how - reminds me somewhat of Zappa. cant explain it better than that. her character design is also very pretty. she's just a very like-able character, imo.

that actually happened to me many-a-time before, not just with Ky either. it happened with a lot of characters like Pot, Slayer, May, are a few i can remember. same idea too - they landed on the spit puddle. im sure all those times were CH. also, even when i waited to see if they get out of it, of all the times that it happened, they never shook out of it. however, there was one time when i ran-in from half-screen that the cpu shook it off.

Raou only does so much for me. if i can somehow trick a fellow into a simple 5H, sure i can work off from there. maybe also throwing a Darkness Anthem when they're jumping in too. but, yeah. a lot of people are way better without Raou; i feel he doesnt have too many options or any other overheads outside of 5D. whenever i get Raou, i just try to raise the enemy's guard meter by lots.

hitting from the front usually works in dust combos. thats what i do anyway. just naked dust and do something like j.S, j.K, j.S, j.H, j.D. its character specific though, usually on anyone with a big hitbox in the air. but using j.H alone or cross-up is better imo

ya. that's always a rather good mix-up; standard for sword ZA of course.

for me, the CPU always seem to fall for the most obvious tricks, even on maniac difficulty. example, they fall for the H follow-up on sword 236S after blocking the first trick. i need to play against more people, but everyone down where i live either dont know what GG is or are scrubs.

i always thought the FB homing bubble pops on its own. if it didnt and i wasnt paying attention, then wouldnt it be better if it did? that way Dizzy wouldnt have to struggle for that one hit, and the opponent would have to back off, giving Dizzy some breathing space. then throw garbage.

it's just that hearing a lot of negative reactons to Dizzy made me think they nerfed her into the ground. but i guess not, according to Nehle. go ~

yea. i just watched that match. quite effective, yes, but to me it doesnt have that satisfying 'i-bet-you-cant-get-out-of-this-6Hs-2D-bite loop-knockdown-and-i-hope-you'll-get-your-burst-guage-back-in-time-but-i-doubt-it' feeling... but that's just me.
