Neutral: - The only problem with Tao is getting her to sit still, try to poke at her to mitigate it. You can AA her like everyone else but be careful as she can just stop her movement on the spot and you'll be left open on recovery. Offense: - THIS is what you want to be doing, she doesn't really have any options on getting out so be wary of up backs, and such. She can still slide your DS so don't use it excessively. She'll most likely burst when you hit her which will put you back in neutral but you're at an advantage because you forced a burst. Defense: - Again, you have a DP but that doesn't mean don't block. Her mix-up game is really good in this version so you'll be blocking for quite sometime. IB PLEASE. It helps a lot. Discuss the Ragna vs Makoto matchup here: MOST of the frame data and game-plan from EX still applies to CP Match Start: - This matchup is definitely in your favor but not by a lot. You have the better normals overall. Neutral: - 2B is a good normal to use to beat some of her stuff, 5B is the go to normal though. Her normals are still pretty good as she is a stable character, so don't approach too recklessly. Offense: - Your offense is still pretty much the same as in EX, she still has a DP and a parry. Defense: - You can manage as her overhead is slow, and her mix-up isn't really good but it's still something.
