Well I've been doing some basic 2k with her until I get her optimal stuff down. As long as she isn't super hard, I'm willing to learn. Looking to use her to replace Hilda as a sub.

He's not too hard but really get his neutral and basics down. I'm still working on that btw.

Yea, it's like one minute I think I understand something and then suddenly it's like I can't block, grim reaper comes out instead of mortal slide...etc. I'm pretty sure I'm unconsciously hitting buttons while blocking.

I'm having a hard time adjusting to the mechanics. I understand chain shift and the shield stuff but I feel my habits from BB creeping in and it's costing me matches (and frustration to the point I can't seem to fight anyone without screaming in frustration). Does anyone have advice or is going through the same thing? Ironically I'm using the best character too. 'sigh'

I have that same problem. I keep getting grim reaper instead of a mortal slide sometimes. Someone told me you have to completely go back to neutral for the mortal slide input.

1. When I'm holding block for dear life to block an overhead in UNIB and still get hit. 2. When people call you a chicken even though you kicked them out for a flunctuating connection.Sorry but if you're a 3 and you went down to a 0, I am not playing you. End of story. 3. Failing with Gordeau at times when I should be making grown men pee themselves. ._. 4. Still have not gotten Hilda's lynchpin stuff down yet. 5. I shouldn't complain about Waldstein but he is stupid, stupid tier.

Whaaaat Gordeau has some of the best normals in the game. o_O I was like that too. But I realized that defense is very important in this game (other FGs too but this game especially). You can't go ham on somebody the minute you get knocked down. You have to wakeup block, and then go on the offense when their offense finishes. The game takes time getting used to, trust me. I'm still getting used to it but my Gordeau is steadily improving.

I am curious about the Waldstein matchup. I fought a really good one and I was like 'wtf is going on?!'. We went toe to toe but still...what to do...?_? Against Carmine, I guess you don't let him start pressuring you to death? It's like projectile, projectile, projectile...clueless about this one. Also wondering about everyone else except Gordeau mirrors. Those mirrors silly. o_o

That part I agree with 100%, especially if its freaking laggy and you can't even catch them. Oooooh, the rage from losing to a garbage Platnium player over lag. Another pet peeve- Akatsuki players, I know your matchup sucks against Gordeau but you backed yourself in the corner which is the LAST place you want to be against Gordeau (or anyone else, but this character is stupid tier so...).

Yeah, I figured he was a combination of a zoner/vortex character. Those command grab mixups though...I actually made someone rage today using that. Thanks Gordeau players, I'm gradually getting better with him. :3
