  1. @9:10 You could have won the match but you did the wrong combo. You can do [Tsurugi]> Grab > release Tsurugi> charged 5B > 2B>jc>j.BB>j.C etc into Super for the win. [Tsurugi]> Grab > release Tsurugi> charged 5B > 2C> 214B>236236D if you felt like Mystic's burst gauge was going to be filled up all the way. @6:24 You can can do DP>awakening Gears>2B>sj>j.B>j.C>j.214B for a safer/easier combo. If you are trying to hitconfirm into the CH DP then delay the 236236C/D. Each super has their own timing though for this to work though. @1:37 2A>2A>5A>EX Mode change into ect isnt a blockstring after the EX Mode Change. Just 5A Aigis out of EX mode change so you dont have to block the additional orgia mix-ups. If Aigis whiffs a DP, then you can CH 5B her for over 3k on green axe/4k yellow axe starter and etc with no meter cost. Thats better than 5A CH combo hit punish. You played really jumpy which gets you hit by 2B and makes you predictable alot. You can use Labrys's Persona to stop Aigis' orgia movement as long you space it out right and make a correct read on her movement. 2B also helps if they dash straight in. Instead of going for tsurugi oki on yellow axe just combo into chain knuckle for dmg. You can end the match alot quicker that way if they dont burst since you build more meter and do more dmg. If someone ever does run into 5AAA (the 3rd hit) you can pick up the hit with chain knuckle>A+B followup for about 3k on higher depending on the axe gauge. On Green starter you get 2.7k. On yellow its 3k and etc. It becomes worse with a burst but 5AAA frametrap situation wont happen often sadly. I wish you play the game more Setsuna.

I tried a 2A starter but I only got it to work when the axe turned red on the 1st 5A during the 5AA part. It wouldn't work from a 2A starter unless you already have some yellow axe meter built up for the axe to turn red on the 1st 5A during the 5AA part. There's a micro-delay on the 5AA part
  3. I got rid of that set-up because it was too hard and inconsistent. I need to organize that oki thread but I got my hands full with the new combo thread. Surf made this corner oki setup which is better and works alot easier. 5AAA > AoA > 5D It should hit meaty if you time it with your opponents tech on wake-up. If they roll on wake up and the 5D doesnt meaty you can CH them during the roll animation I havent messed with BI combos yet so I dont even know if they are worth learning but I'll get to that at some point for the new combo thread. You only have to use this on a Green axe or lower axe level.

  6. Yu's Zio lose out to rolls/EX Chain knuckle/5c/2c/j.C. The EX Zio still loses to rolls and EX Chain Knuckle. If Yu whiffs 2b then you can j.214A/B for a ground bounce combo While all of Labrys MUs are either bad or even, I believe all her MUs are manageable outside of Chie. Even Chie has to get to you though due to Labrys spacing game plus the Chie Specific combos somewhat makes up for it. Labrys vs Chie is her worst MU overall though but IB Grab/IB roll helps a little.

  15. Her midscreen oki stuff becomes a gimmick after a certain point. The corner is better overall but I need to revise things. Plus I've ranback matches just from using this stuff. The timing for Corner: LVL 3 Axe 5AAA>AOA>5D oki is really hard and I dropped it on netplay so Im going to find a 5AA>EX Guillotine Axe combo for oki instead in the corner. The other things I can do fine though
  16. They can dp. Im not a fan of tsurugi oki midscreen since you get DPed often for it. Its better to go for dmg/corner carry on yellow/Red axe. Its ok midscreen but its still not hard to block in general.
  17. Its decent for a cross-up. I use it sometimes. Its better if you use the B version of tsurugi since your opponent will be in that area for the 5A meaty for the cross up. Alot of times you wont be within the range where you can 5A meaty after a sweep if you are using 5A>5B>Sweep though. 2A>5B>Sweep into the setup works better since you wont be out of the range of meaty 5A as often.
