Now now, don't go downplaying the ranbat where you get perfected 3 out of 4 rounds by some god awful slayer who can't put a combo together to save his life, has terrible micro, and mashes on wakeup.

Just talked with you on AIM about it and, as discussed, we'll have a setup ready (pending Tsubasa's reply).
-
Just found this thread. What about the ST/HnK setups?
-
I've been working with setups like this myself a lot, but what makes this kind of a setup truly versatile is that you don't even have to do it off a SJI combo. It can be made to work off any relaunch combo or even off of a long combo ending in 5K j.D.
-
There is a joke waiting to be made, but I'll leave that for someone far more clever than myself.
-
Well shit... I am going to have to introduce myself to you as well.

Brilliant stuff in regards to the j.2k cancelling. Going to start adding that to my regular playstyle. Going to have to toy around with 668 j.2k though. Looks like something that takes a while to get used to.

Switching to ustream because Livestream can't handle heavy traffic (in general during peak hours). Streaming GGXX (now on ustream) @ http://www.ustream.tv/channel/6-5-norcal-install-ranbat Live from Devry University in Fremont California

We are now live from Devry University. http://www.livestream.com/norcalinstall

Awesome. Thanks for the link. The other videos on there are pretty cool too. Thanks for looking for Sunrise as well!

Just pick slayer. Even if you suck at links, 2k 2h 236d is fairly easy so long as you have two working and functional hands. After that just cheap out with 2d 2p 5p j.k j.2k j.d and voila you have more damage than most of the cast for 25% meter and a knockdown + oki. Don't even worry about the 5h IAD stuff. That's for chumps. His utility moves are ridiculous as well. BDC aside, his dash in general either forward or backward is amazing for positioning and movement. BBU (236d) will beat the shit out of a lot of things due to it's speed (10f startup) and upper body invincibility from frame 1 until you [counter-]hit your opponent in the eye. It also can combo off of counter-hit mappa (236k/p) and leads to the above mentioned benefits of a BBU combo with little to no effort required on your part. DOT (632146s) has a zero frame startup after the super flash so, in cases where you are near your opponent and they are not blocking or if they are doing a move, they will be [counter-]hit for some ridiculous damage. It also has strike invulnerability until the first active frame. The hitbox for this move extends far in front of him so you can actually beat out certain moves even from far away. This post is getting too long so in summary: play Slayer if you are starting GG. Risk/reward will always be in your favor, all your moves are amazing, and you will win matches which you should never have a chance in hell of winning... Despite all that, he doesn't dominate nearly as much as you would think and the recent Arcadia ranking has him at B tier. That is why I love this game.

I realize this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have the original video files for the Bridget CMs Sunrise and Get Happy? Thanks in advance.
