From what I've seen, j.C easily cancels into D megido every time. Also, as Ached Sphinx pointed it out, it can be used as a very unique and very deadly cross-up. When she jumps over you while you're grounded, I think it's that there's so much space between you and her that you kind of think that there's nothing she can do at that range to really cause trouble for you. So you might not hold block AAAaand you eat J.c, the beginning of an ugly combo. If the first j.C hits, a good Aigis is always ready for the megido follow-up. As Aigis players we need to learn this technology quickly. Going against Aigis, remember to block if she's jumping over you in Orgia mode on wake-up EVEN IF SHE'S TOO FAR TO CONNECT WITH J.B because j.C is so deadly. And because of its range/speed, it will hit while she's very close to the ground, making for more mind games.
I also have my own question. I apologize if this was posted in the combo thread or elsewhere before I ask. I played a great Aigis player the other day who, aside from terrorizing me with that crossup, showed me a great combo. It was like 5AA>j.C>D megido>5B> j.B> j.C> D Megido>Escape change. I'm not exact on the notation, but the most important thing I noticed about the combo is that it carried two untechable megidos with no meter. I've tried the combo listed but the opponent can always tech out of the second megido and sometimes (depending on the tech they use, I think) it whiffs completely.
Does anyone know which combo I'm referring to or another, easily performed combo that chains 2 megidos together with no meter?
