Hey, I was sick too!... and playing MH too! o shiii Also, Switch Axes are.. okay. Back in MH3 they were just an okay weapon. I mean they were strong, possibly stronger than GS, and great at cutting tails. The awesome part about them was how precise they are thanks to the side steps. Sword mode is a bit harder to use, but it's also okay. Oh yeah, they nerfed the walking speed while in Axe mode. SAX sounds too much like SEX.

I think the spoilers are minimal even for someone who hasn't read the novels yet or has just gotten to around episode 1. Sure, they'll wonder who those characters are... and the shock of seeing them will be less by the time they do encounter them(Which is sad). But, I think that anybody interested in this game should really give the novels a try. I feel like playing a fighting game like this without knowing it's heart is very sad. You can't ignore the heart!

Lol, nothing is wrong with pitfalls.. But, that guy seriously did suck. He took that long to kill an elder quest Rathalos(troublesome pair at that, which has even LESS HP). Took so long even though he was using a pitfall trap, his hits were ALL WRONG too. So bad.... Then I realize the poster is Lord Grahf and I realize he's trolling us. :|

I love it when people ask what Monster Hunter is... when the story is in the title! :s Duals were always good.. Like, I rarely even used Demon Dance in MHFU only on big openings. Most of my damage came from circle or triangle triangle on every opening. Once monster was tripped, I spammed demon dance.

Yewp, HH is boss. You can solo stuff without having to sit back and turtle for buffs.. You buff as you attack! Even the recital hit is good. GS feels the same as it did in MH3 though... LS was a bit nerfed from MH3, too. GS was actually really strong in Tri still, and it seems about the same now. It's just that the weapons that received huge changes seem like a lot of fun at the moment. I'll have to mess with the new dual swords more but later, once I get access to the better lines.

No, and I wouldn't count on it either. Just use this thread to discuss the game, it isn't very big as to warrant any type of board. It's a good game, but the content is small.
