Because they had just done a rebalance prior to rev, and, as they said, a lot of people were fine with it and they didn't want to rebalance it again before players could have a chance to really figure out everything.

I think he'll be playable in revelator simply because he has an arcade model. Neither Johnny nor Dizzy had an arcade mode model initially, only story mode. But Sin did, and he became playable fairly early on. Raven now has a model for arcade, making me believe they've already started making his moveset and whatnot.

Well balance is the same in Revelator, so unless blitz change is so big that it would affect tier lists very drastically, which I doubt, we can still give good input.

Are there any good ways to anti-air sol? His j.HS seems to just ignore 6P a lot of the time, and a lot of the time when I use it against bandit bringer, it either clashes or whiffs (and it seems like he recovers first too if it does whiff). I try to use 2K to low profile it but if I mess up my timing that's basically death.
