Same thing for rekkas, 236a 6a 6a works. Makes stuff like 236a 6a 4a much easier. Awesome, thanks, looks like I was hitting it too early. Also, I'm pretty sure the jump arc is completely dependant on the first button of the web series, and the second button doesn't matter at all.

The ~c~b is what I can't get to connect. Off counter hit, the player used ~c~a, which is much, much easier to hit, but the OTG seems impossible w/o a counter hit.
