Probably the only thing to mention is that the dashes aren't as fast as they used to be. This might affect which of her old silly ToDs she can still do, though I don't think it will.

There's some stuff I want to try when +R finally makes itself available to everyone (see if I can at least get j.D xx michael blade off counterhit DP, see exactly where and when you can 236D into OTG pickup off her groundslides, 6H xx Omega Shift then see which of the old ToDs still work etc.). Nevertheless, her general lack of mixups is what kills her. Sure you can do nuke FRC into 6P/5D/a low or bait a DP, but pretty much everyone has that. Even the weaker AC characters had other options (Johnny's frametraps, Bridget's ghetto I-no high-lows and bear glitch, Anji's instant overhead, Chipp's endless teleporting/walljump shurikens etc.) There's no really nasty ways to keep momentum going once you get a good read, and not enough damage for the smart punishes. Well, not without doing Omega Shift (which chews up 100% tension so you can't do nuke FRC after the first knockdown anyhow )... I think there's still some potential for purely defensive Justice, but it requires logic more comparable to Vs games than GG. EDIT: I think the other reason for JU's dreadful performance in tournament's so far is just the players using her. We've got Renkon (a Mu player who's only recently picked up the game), Mike (puffball), Kusoru (who just wanted to show a silly glitch), Shuumatsu (a mediocre Testament) and that guy who makes the Faust matchup hatred videos whose name escapes me. None of the people who you'd expect to be used to a super defensive mindset (that is, every Faust and Robo player) have tried to seriously use her.

EX Eddie can: Summon drills from both the ground and air. FRC both drills. Summon mini-eddie (who is #R mini-eddie, complete with buzzsaw building guard) on both the ground and air. Carry you to the corner with a reversal super. No, I don't think we'll be seeing tournament-legal EX characters any time soon. Not unless ASW decide to do a complete overhaul of the things, instead of them being a dumping ground for currently unused art assets. Just pick EX HOS if you want to do some dustloops for a giggle in training mode. -
...Stamen? I don't recall Full Boost having the Stamen. So either Bandai's using DLC as a way of beta testing before another cab update, or perhaps they're going to make Full Boost a DLC upgrade instead of a seperate disc. Either way, it's certainly bizarre. And nifty.

No more than a day. If you order at the right time, you get the code pretty much instantaneously in my experience. If you bought a 3000 yen card, you should totally get Super Robot Wars Alpha with the remaining 1500en because I'm a silly fanboy for that series.

There's nothing to stop you from continuing to play with people (in person, even!) via NullDC until the releases are fixed. In the meantime, there's always tournaments to play in. Like that one that's happening this weekend on your side of the country.

Yeah, given how long they've been talking about releases, it's possible that it's just an old version. Anyone got a complete changelog of each version floating around?

Hmm. Saki doesn't have her super animation. EDIT: I don't recall her 6B having that much pushback on airborne opponents either. Either my execution at doing the silly dance party infinite's gone out the window, or there's some concrete changes floating around this.

Give her an airdash so she can jump over the Venom balls and take a counterhit 6P combo in the face instead.

It'd be better if Omega Shift was actually feasible for making you decide whether to play her as a glass cannon or immovable fortress. Perhaps something silly like "costs 50 tension, but your guard bar is at max the entire time, so if your oki and subsequent mixups aren't perfect, you die horribly." As it currently stands, there is pretty much no reason to spend 100 tension on three airdash cancelled j.S into knockdown when you could have just done 6H xx 632146H into basic air combo, then either save that meter for FRC nukes or another 632146H when you need it. Which is all the time.

The only changes that the page lists for 1.01 are bugfixes such as Faust's dumbell causing restand after KOs, Justice's NB winfinite and Testament's 6K "float in the air KOF style" glitch. The patch went live two days ago, so we'll see if ASW snuck hidden balance changes in down the line.

If memory serves right, it was due to Capcom forgetting that the PS3 enforces vsync, while the 360 doesn't. They remembered for SFxT, but then forgot to make it a good game in the process.

GG has had move names in the japanese versions since X. It is the same here. Look at the top-right of the command list.

Given that some of his worst matchups (Eddie, TE, May, FB Puffball) were nerfed, I'd say that this is the case. Plus I feel that Kliff is favourable for Faust, and JU is practically a free win for the man. Those are pretty simple ways to climb up a tier list. But of course, month 1 tier lists aren't exactly word of God in any case.

You can special cancel it at any time, but only when it's fully charged do you get the float that lets you follow up the 236S with 5K to do the air combo into knockdown. With that in mind, a 6H xx 236S still does crazy damage anyhow.

How do I petition ASW to give her an airdash or three? A: Justice is a pure zoner based around an extremely solid defense and amazingly far reaching normals that can build guard bar from half a screen with alarming ease. She also has a reversal super that can punish mistakes the opponent made at full screen. If you've played as O.Sagat against some Claws in SSF2T, that is what every matchup in the game is going to start feeling like. If you want to play JU, you're going to learn how to block well. There, might as well toss that out.
