the diference, at least for me is that many of the carpacks are not on the disc, and the cars doesnt cost too much and they release them separately so you buy the car that you want or the whole pack, if they released the chars separately and a pack as a whole i wouldnt mind, or at least dot give me the crap of releasing all the packs so far away one of each other like they did with ssf4 btw and for the lulz

yes, look at Battle Fantasia or Agarest War doing it this way they can overpass the rule that force them to localizate the game with english voices on the ps3 since its only enforced to retail versions, not to psn game, they can cut costs this way and to be honest im really happy that they are doing it this way now i will only have to wait for the release :3
