I love Wolf so much. The codecs with him are hilarious, especially the Gubayama one in chapter 5. I'm so hype for the 3rd DLC where you get to play as him.

Never had it as a kid and my xbox games didn't bore me yet. I wanted to save it untill I was really bored and I finally got a gamepad for my pc. And since (western)games nowadays are all the same I got bored + my Metal Gear Rising hype was too much. I decided it was finally time.

Nope. Played it for the first time this month. Instantly became my favorite game of all time. The only reason I'm not playing a 2nd playthrough atm is because Metal Gear Rising is consuming all my time.

I'm a bit confused on what I should think about the final boss to be honest. The actual gameplay was amazing, but the boss itself is underwhelming and really lame. I don't know much about the Metal Gear universe, but it felt like he was making fun of his own games with that fight lol. And the OST is godlike indeed. I downloaded it the other day and I'll be playing BB with it from now on. But the little bit of wubstep in every song does piss me off a little. It's totally unnecessary. But not even the abysmal dubstep can ruin this OST. My favorite songs are: 1) A stranger I remain (Mistral theme) 2) It has to be this way (Final boss, Final form) 3) The only thing I know for real (Jetstream Sam)

You beat me to it. Anyone remotely interested in action games should buy this asap. The bossfights take godlikeness to another level, especially Monsoon. That was the best boss I EVER fought. And the Jetstream Sam fight. SO. FUCKING. GOOD.

Metal Gear Rising has the best first level ever. This is how you do action games. My body was not prepared for this. Platinum games is just way too godlike.

Nobody has ANYTHING on Litchi?

How do you guys handle the Litchi matchup? This matchup just feels so heavily in Litchi's favor it's ridiculous. I feel completely lost during neutral. What should I be trying to do in neutral? And when I find myself in her blockstrings, what are the gaps I'm looking for? And how do I take advantage of them?

You couldn't be more wrong. If you're playing with friends, you will most likely gang up on people and who are alone or low health. Even during a 4v4 brawl. And while these bigass brawls do happen most of the time people are spread out all over the map. And if you find yourself in 1v1 situation's knowing how to defend and bait reversals is essential. If you bait the reversals you have to make it count by doing combo's. And I'm not talking about baby combo's by mashing X and Y. You gotta know your infinites/80% juggle combo's. And no the game is not dumb/broken because of those combo's. This game has a burstmechanic aswell. They're called teammates. And besides being more deep than it seems at first glance, the game is just so fucking fun. I still get a smile everytime a jumbo jet randomly crashes into the map. It forces you to adapt on the fly and it blows your mind everytime because of it's ridiculousness.

Anarcy Reigns is a multiplayer brawler, whilst Bayonetta is a singleplayer Hack n Slash. Hard to compare the 2. The game looks like tons of fun, has a godlike OST and it's getting released half price. And as a added bonus, Bayonetta is in the game. That being said Bayonetta is godlike indeed. I should try and get 1000G on it soon.

Pretty much this. Makoto just feels like she's made for me. I'm never dropping this character, regardless of what they do to her. Although I won't lie. When fighting characters like Litchi and Ragna I can get REALLY salty and I wish I could play other characters.

Well, with Dark Souls 2 announced I already know 2013's game of the year. Can't remember the last time I've been so hyped about anything.
