  9. If all else fails, you could probably just set up some george/pumpkin while the opponent is suffering from wallstick do to 5CC. Also, has there been any real use of being able to hit Lotus Bats with Sword Iris, like for approaching or controlling space, etc.

  13. still a decent buff, that allows some reward for the risk of baiting an Anti Air with j.2C. Overall, I like how the new Makoto shaped out. I'm not exactly TOO bummed out without orb oki, considering Makoto's pressure seems stronger, and Meteor Still offers hard knock down which you can do meaty 2B to prevent rolls, and bait DP's the old fashioned way. I know her neutral is still a little weak, but I think that's more so her character archetype more then Makoto herself. Also, the idea of having a new PRACTICAL defensive option via 214D i'm sure will be really helpful. i think it's great Makoto get's a lot more reward for getting inside now. I'm excited for her.

  15. so I have some questions. What are you guys doing in neutral? Like, I often use j.D/2D to keep them from approaching, and then take that chance to summon something that'll help me break in. Also, what do Marie's oki set ups, particularly in the corner look like? Also, what's Marie doing for her pressure and block strings?
  16. So anyone going to Nyan-con? I heard their going to have a set up for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax there.
  17. I'm going to say based on some observations Marie's AA's are VERY Strong, her 5B, 2B, 5C, and possibly 2C definitely keep air borne opponents from approaching. Her j.C Seems to be REALLY Effective for safe jumps, and it seems really good for spacing and such. her zoning tools are really decent, but I feel like she's kinda outclassed by Yukiko and Yukari when it comes to pure zoning. Most of the time I'm using summons and j.C to approach the the opponent and start pressure. I unfortunately haven't found a lot of use for 214C/D since the small hit box on the detonation seems hard to make use of. None the less, it's decent for it's vacuum effect and projectile appetite. I think the only tools Marie has I don't really make much use of are D because the lack of versatility on spears, Igor-In-A-Bog because of how situational it is, and Shell of Rejection since it seems outclassed by 236236C/D in terms of a finisher Overall, I think she's really solid though.
  18. Alright, yeah, the charges themselves don't feel like as much as a problem. How should Mitsuru be playing in neutral? Patient? Aggressive? When should you be charging forward with Droit? When should you use D attacks? etc. Also, what are Mitsuru's main poking options, and what do Mitsuru Blockstrings usually look like?
  19. Um... Quick question regard Mitsuru, how do you combo with Mitsuru's charged normals? Like, do you buffer the charge in the middle of a normal, or do you have to do a quick charge? Sorry, i've never really played a charge character before.

  23. Good games to Iron Maiden, Argent Zero, and anyone else I played. Thanks for the games, and sorry about the lag and crappy kokonoe Argent Zero. Hopefully the next time we play, it'll be less laggy. I love playing your Arakune, and that means a lot coming from me, since I usually hate fighting most Arakune's.
  24. So, I'm a complete scrub, and I have some questions about Kokonoe. 1.) What is my goal in neutral? How should I be using Fire balls to control space? When and how am I going to use Mines to keep my opponent afraid? Neutral is by far my weakest attribute when it comes to Kokonoe. 2.) What are common Kokonoe block strings? What her main tools to reset block strings? Is there anyway way to incorperate Gravitons and Fireballs In block strings? 3.) What are my main goals with Okizemi with Koknoe. Which tools should I use, and How should I progress from there? Thanks reading. Also, if anyone wants to help me practice via PSN or something. I'd really appreciate the help. I know NO kokonoe players right now. Alright, thanks for the help. And message me or send me a friend request or something if you want to chat a bit. I'd love to pick your brains about Kokonoe stuff.
