Personally, I rate within order of fraudulence (Note: Fraudulence does not equal general character strength. I personally consider Relius pretty fraudulent, but it usually doesn't matter because he's shit any - way.): Makoto. Tsubaki. Jin, Plat. Relius. Tager. Bang. Ragna. Valk. Lambda. Haku. Arakune. Carl, Mu. Hazama. Tao isn't listed towards lack of experience.

Not every - one's. Ragna and Hakumen's are pretty damn easy to hit. I actually consider Carl to be one of the three BB "Lords of Fraud" along with Hazama and Mu. Execution learning curve does not equal non - fraudulent.

Almost. A pretty damn large almost, but still almost. The main reason she became such a bitch to play isn't because she became less fraudulent, just simply weaker. Still easily second on the non - fraudulence ladder though. But not enough to become fraudulent. Requires more fundamentals than the entirety of the remaining cast, at least.

Quite frankly, this is BB. Every - one who isn't Makoto is of some degree of fraudulence.
