I'm sure I read somewhere that all Murakumo Unit's are immune to Phenomenon Intervention but can't remember where so I might be wrong. But I do know that Kusanagi was called god slaying sword in XBLAZE because of the fact that it was immune to Phenomenon Intervention.

Nothing can Kill Izanami as far what is told. Mu-12 is called god killer because she is immune to the power of god, "Phenomenon Intervention" and can find Amaterasu in the boundary. The Immortal Breaker can kill observer because it forces the observer to recognize themselves as dead.

They aren't dying because of the Lynch pin, they are becoming seithr because the DestructionDay(滅日, horobi) have started and the world is getting Formatted(初期化, shokika). The souls are returning to the "source of the Azure"(蒼の根源, ao no kongen) or at least they are supposed to. The DestructionDay isn't like it is supposed to be like this time, since the "Qualifed Ones" aren't even supposed to exist.

As far as I know, Hihiirokane and Musashi is two completely different things. When Hihiirokane is not in use it is a large katana with a black sheath and is sealed with a sword string. When drawn it is a blade of silver, and when Tomonori said the word Hihiirokane it turned into a giant green Claw. It has the power to not only cut the body but the spirit within which freaked Terumi since he also got wounded when Tomonori cut Kazuma. It is a blade that Jubei's family have had for generations.
