I'm messing around with various characters to try and see what clicks with me as I actually invest time in trying to learn this game. Was testing Izanami in the training room trying to replicate combos and this particular one has me stumped despite being simple. Combo in question: 2A->5B->5C->6A->8->f.[5B->5C->3C] I would practice the steps that come after but I'm having trouble getting the 3C at the end to connect consistently. Is this a timing thing? Even when inputted without pause and seeing the animations go out as expected the 3C only sometimes connects. I have no idea what makes it work/not work.

Guess it gives more incentive to get the PS4 then (was backwards compatibility confirmed?), not that I was planning to do otherwise. I would assume most people are going to switch over to the PS4 anyways, considering BBCP English release is next year, so getting it for the PS3 (or getting a PS3 in general) would be pointless. Unless of course you just get the JP version. Impatient bastards.

I'll flip a damned table if it's not DLC of some sort for those who already have DoA5. I'm not paying 50-60 for a game with a few new characters. Momiji is obviously going to be present, but it'll take much more than a single new fighter to get me interested. Ein as an addition would be okay, but from the looks of it, DoA5 was intended to have a cast of completely unique characters (got rid of Ein and Leon), and while Ein possesses some differences, I feel like he's still too similar to warrant them putting him in.

Pretty sure I got more than my yearly dose of P4U in that one night alone.
