Anyone have the results?

You should go tonight (6/23); there will be a fair amount of people for Gundam and some of them play BB. Not a lot of people go on weekdays, but it may be wrong because summer is here.

You should go to Gamecenter since it is (1) an arcade with BB and (2) in San Mateo. You should specify when you'll be there because they close Monday and Tuesday.

GGs to everyone who came out for Guilty. I would -like- to come this Saturday, but only if there is a huge interest for Dominion/GG/EFZ.

I'm thinking of going after class (eta 2:30 PM). And if I do, then can I expect people to bring GG (though I'm looking to play EFZ and table top gaming)?

Q: Who's going to GC's BBQ tomorrow? And if you are going, then will you be playing EFZ/GG/Dominion/All the above?

Two years ago, Aksys paid Fanime for a booth spot; they also came with Daisuke/Toshimichi. Also, BB was in the Aksys booth and not in the game room (except for the BB coin-op cab). Last year, the game room had BB casuals before/after the tournament cause nobody monitored the setups. We used Rage Install to setup GG. It failed. Fred used 6P. It was super effective.

I'll throw this out there since people will get pissed off at Fanime. Fanime's game room does not allow you to bring your own setups. And if you do, then the staff will 'kick' you out. The only way to play is: (1) play in your hotel room, (2) coerce one the staffing directors to let you play your games, or (3) become a staff/volunteer in the game room. And if you do, you are 'entitled' to bring your 'own setups' for WHATEVER game you decide to showcase/play (the only exception is that the TOs will kick you out to make more space for tourneys). As far as I know, this is the current policy. tl;dr - No BB/GG/EXVS/SG/MB. Yes SSBB, SSBM, Megaman 3, Metroid, Naruto, Bleach. If you don't like it, then you should learn how to play mahjong, dominion, or settlers.

If you want free entry to any tournament, find someone to sponsor you. If you want to attract more people, then let's say that [Company X] will sponsor [20 entrants] to play BB. [Company X] holds a [cosplay FG tournament]; winners gets all expenses paid. For the sake of brainstorming, give me the benefit of the doubt. But I notice that people like to spend money...especially free money.

notKBF lives in San Mateo and likes playing BB as well.

Just fyi, we're still meeting this Wednesday. Gundam just happens to be on Wednesday. Edit: EFZ is fine too.

They have extend on viewlix cabs so you don't need to bring sticks.
