Yeah, I'm aware of this, unfortunately the number of ports needed vs the number on the router in question requires I have it set up the way I do (sort of treating the next hop in the network as my "ISP"). It works... 99.9% of the time. Maybe it's time to invest in an 8-port switch.

Live apparently has other ideas. I have a slightly non-standard network setup here, so that might be causing some problems. I know there's one other person I have trouble playing with much the same symptoms, though we've had success with a third party intermediary. Unfortunately toying with it is not something I can do with the current hardware available to me. Nah, you're cool. I basically stole your posting tech and optimized it. I didn't realize I left much of an impression, as I can only mostly remember squirrely fist in my face. When I played competitively, it was in the Pacific NW (Seattle area) where I streamed some of the locals for about a year, but I'm currently in SE Pennsylvania now (Philly) and sorta fell out of playing. Kinda want to get back to it. Don't want my terribad pikachu to degrade too much. Are you on Smashboards/AiB? Nah, I can't take the credit for the idea. And I don't think you'd like me as a mod as I'd probably go into ban-first-ask-questions-later mode. And still never posting.

Nothing, really. I struggle to lmhs mmhs in Marvel and I can't FADC my way out of a wet paper bag in Street Fighter. That I can get Tager to do anything remotely close to what I want is a minor miracle. Thanks, hopefully I can make it to one soon.

I'm known as "Pikadude" out in the PNW Smash scene, and would stream the local Brawl tournaments in the western part of WA during the brief period I lived out there. I'm pretty abysmal at everything fighting games. Give me a month to get back into some kind of shape and... I might not lose horribly at DDR. I also do the tabletops and the weird dice and the dungeons and the dragons--or at least used to, as my group has become somewhat inconsistent as of late.
