  1. Eh, the whole reason why I bought GGAC+ was for the R update. Part of me is happy that GGXrd is getting quite a bit of attention but the other half demands GGAC+R because it would be the latest GG out right now until GGXrd arrives. Growing tired of these delays and GGAC+ will continue to collect virtual dust on my ps3.
  2. Ah I see, that's unfortunate Hopefully we get it soon.
  3. Didn't I read somewhere that GGAC+R update was coming in august? PSN Store updates today so...hopefully today. This it? http://www.siliconera.com/2013/08/06/guilty-gear-xx-accent-core-plus-r-upgrade-patch-coming-to-ps3-this-month/
  4. Changed topic title and post information.
  5. Thanks so much for the words of encouragement, I definitely need them as I try to tear down a brick wall with my bare hands. B) *grabs arcade stick and unassigns one button FRC's* I will never be a p**** D:! I will train harder until my fingers bleed! I'm a winner, not a loser! Rah! D:
  6. Hmm, Jam huh. To be honest, Jam was actually one of my first picks when I played on pad. Maybe Jam is my calling afterall :o
  7. Is baiken really that easy in terms of execution (including FRC combos)? D: Unfortunately I can't play this game without assigning PKS to one button, the amount of technical prowess I need to know for this game far exceeds my physical and mental limitations. I'll keep training but I'm not making much progress. Worst case scenario is that I give up on my dream of being a good GG player and going back to SSF4 or waiting for Blazblue Chronophantasma. I should probably set up my broadcasting stuff soon so I can start streamin on twitch tv again.
  8. As much as I hate to admit it, perhaps Baiken isn't for me. Maybe too technical for me at this point, still trying to learn the ways of the arcade stick AND learning how to play a character is a bit much I guess. Any character suggestions? I'm more of a rush down, combo oriented player, no good with charge characters.
  9. Thanks so much for the assistance, I am reading those threads as I write. Hmm, I'm not sure if its a problem with my inputs or the JLF sanwa joystick I ordered and installed, but when I do diagonal inputs for jumping, I noticed that it always registers up, left or right before the diagonal input itself. In fact, when I ordered my sanwa JLF joystick, it didn't come with the metal plate or nuts for the screws. :| Hopefully I wasn't swindled.
  10. Thanks for the assistance :3 also I can't seem to find this anywhere but when using an arcade stick, is it more about wrist movement, or forearm movement? I've also tried multiple ways to hold the joystick but they hurt me fingers, and my fingers are red
  11. I'll keep practicing with 236956K or 23676K. I should look for ways to hold the joystick since my methods aren't working lol
  12. Been practicing with my first arcade stick these past 2 days and I can't for the life of me do IAD tatami and I've tried both methods
  13. Nah, I live in the boring state of Missouri (Misery), nothing goes on here and there is no fight scene. So all I have is the internet to play against people. From what I've seen, our local arcades are pretty bad, but then again I haven't been to one in years since all they had were mostly shooting and ''family fun'' games. Also, I don't think I can play this without assigning P K S to one button for FRC's
  14. Is it ok to configure P K S to one button for Roman Canceling? :o
