  1. I've found a Sekkajin ender combo that does it bit more damage than the DP counterpart. (Normal starter)-5C-3C-214B(1)-5B(1)-5C-6C-6D-6C-6D-5B(1)-5C-22C-2B-22C. Looks like a new route was discovered right when I posted this, stylish as hell too, and extremely combo relevant. (Normal starter)-5C-3C-214B-(66)5B-5C-TKj214C-2B-5C-6C-6D-6C-22C-2B-22C It's pretty execution heavy, especially for pad, but if you can do it, it's near Hizansen ender level damage. You may want to opt for the double 6D combo if it's too difficult, though. You may also omit the microdash before the 5B and microdash after Hizansen, but the timing is a bit more strict. Here's another fun one: (-)6C-(214B or A+B)-665C-2C-(delayed)-TKj214C-662B-5C-6C-6D-6C-22C-2B-22C for 4.5K or 5.1K, juicy. So when is the combo thread going to open?
  2. No, 5B-5C-j2C-j.D works without fatal in extend. J.2C was made a frame slower in CP, but it should still work.
  3. GG's, everyone who I fought tonight. It was a good match set.
  4. So why doesn't 5C-j.2C work on standing opponent? It's 13 frame startup, plus the 4 jump startup frames. That would make it 17 frame startup, or the same as 2C. Is it the hitbox not kicking in below him until after the first active frame?
  5. The combo was too prorated for 5C-3C to connect, and the five freeze limit is for specials like Sekkajin. The limit is three for normals.
  6. I wish that level 45 fought me again, usually my first match with someone is just learning their playstyle, so I really hate it when people do one match and then quit. GG's, guys. It's nice to fight some people who don't mash on every single wakeup.
  7. I'm opening a room called "Dustloop", for anyone who wants to join.
  8. No, I joined several times while nobody was waiting, I don't know what's up with people today, though. Every single lobby is just kick, kick, kick. I don't even have a scumbaggy playstyle.
  9. What, is level 53 the magical "Hey, kick me!" level? Looking at you, Bloodbro, I thought we were cool.
  10. I can't find the video of it, but it also ground bounces on standing regular hit.
  11. 6B is an overhead in unlimited form, though. That's gonna be fun to deal with in Unlimited Mars.
  12. Don't encourage people. We have enough Arakune's on netplay for a lifetime.
  13. Thanks, I was getting hit all the time on wakeup though, because doing wakeup DPs and backdashes is nearly impossible with any notable amount of lag. I didn't feel I was on top of my game tonight, I need to get back in my groove. GG's, though, I hope we can battle again soon.
  14. Nah, the ice blades don't have a good enough ratio of damage to p2 to be practical. Looks swag as hell, though. There was a combo movie including it on Jourdal's old channel.
  15. Oy, we Canadians have internet provider speed in the global top 3. Just be glad you're not using a controller Dpad, lol.
  16. Alright, just to let you know, I wasn't upset. It's just that, where I live, I get good connection with, maybe 7 people, and about 3 of them regulars. The connection was flawless to me, except one noticable lag spike.
  17. GG's to Safros, I guess. I'd like to know why I got kicked.
  18. Not really the right thread. At all. Hell, that's a Facebook status update.
  19. Good games to the people on the previous page. I was playing a bit poorly, though. Too much KH 1.5 and other stuff. Doing better today, though.
  20. That's not at all true, it's just different styles of lag. All of the processing of NPCs' actions are done client-side, while the players' actions are registered on the server. Depending on connection, you could see other people's actions several seconds after they've done them. Fighting game lag is more input based, which is a better medium than server based for the genre. A consistent lag that you can see is better for precision than hitting your opponent client side, seeing that happen, then realizing that they hit you one frame earlier, and having their hit carry through.
  21. Ah, sorry. Should've checked that first.
  22. Do you think the second hit of 214B would freeze in overdrive? It might be a good way to get some heat midcombo.
  23. Theory combo time, I'll cut down on the ones that have been (dis)proven: Corner ender -Freeze-OD-6C-6D-6C-623C-6B-j214C-5C-Touga Corner ender (frozen already)-6C-cOD-6C-6D-6C-623C-(2C)-TKj214C-5C-Touga Corner 6C-214B-5C-6C-22C-5C-6C-GC-(6C-6D)-6C-6B-j214D-6C-Hiyoku or OD ender Midscreen -22C-D followup(1)-cOD-5C-2C-6B-j214C-6C-(236B or 623B)-Touga Midscreen Crouch confirm -6C-cOD-IAD-j5C-j2C-j214C-6C-22C-6C-236B-Touga Midscreen 5B-5C-2C-22C-cOD-5C-6B-5C-6B-5C-6B-5C-3C-214B-j2C-JC-j214C-Touga Corner 6B-j214D-6C-GC-6C-6D-6C-214B-5C-2C-22C-(5B)-5C-22C Corner 6C-6B-j632146D-RC-OD-AD-j2C-jC-land-623C-5C-2C-j2C-jC-j214C-6C-22C-5B(1)-3C-214B-C Midscreen B+C(1)-cOD-6B-j214D-5C-GC-2C-6C-22C-j2C-jC-5B-5C-3C-623B-Touga Midscreen 5B-5C-2C-22C-cOD-5C-6B-5C-j2C-jC-j-214C-land-j2C-jC-5B-3C-623B-Touga Corner 5B-(5C)-3C-214B-5B(1)-5C-6C-6D-6C-6D-(5B(1))-5C-22C-5C-(2C)-jC-j2C-jC-j214C Corner 623D-6C-214B-5C-6C-6D-(5B(1))-5C-22C-5C-2C-jC-j2C-jC-j214C
  24. Learn2bait N00000000B. I only use it when people get too carried away.
  25. Yeah, I guess, though having a thread for it could help create new combos and such, and help knowledge of Jin for the people who don't keep up as much. And hey, there might be some silent person who has an idea that blows everything out of the water.
