Some people just see it only as an issue that people that only like the dub are taking it seriously for no reason and it doesn't effect them . Not looking at the overall picture of an company being disrespectful by not communicating with a layer that supports them. The fact is this is not the first time something like this has happen which I still remember people complaining about how they weren't told that CP Library Mode wasn't in the game and people had to complain to get a reason to why they remove it which to be honest sounded like they were too lazy to translate it. They only fixed that issue only because of a Extend version was coming out. If not for that then we would of been deny that content for good unless you have a JP copy and know how to read japanese. This matter goes beyond just a dub issue it is more of being a better business in regards to how you treat your customer.

Buy the game used if words won't reach them. You can still play the game as much as you want without having any money go them. Them losing money should send a message to them if they don't want to communicate with their fans about the issue. Edit: I think I done enough repeating this message. Whatever happens for now is what happens.

Mori has nothing to do with the dub. You should be asking Arc System Works about that matter. Aksys is just a publisher for their stuff now since the CT-CS era so I can't really blame them since they just give out what they are handed too by Arc System Works.

Well we will see when the game comes out then. I doubt they are going to give anybody an explanation on why a dub isn't there if it's not included in the game. They still haven't given a reason towards why Revelator hasn't have one after all. The best thing to do is just spread awareness about the issue and hope they give a response about the matter. Even if they don't decide to give one then just vote with your wallet on what you believe is right for yourself to do. Also, people have the right to know about this before they make their decision to buy the game.

I just don't like the idea of seeing customers as disposable income once they got what they want being acceptable to them . The dub being removed after being there for many years pisses me off the most, but it's the principle behind what they doing as well in regards to how they treat their customers that's the real root of this. If they can get away with this treatment, then for any future release for other franchises that they get can easily fall under the same precedent. Since they got away with it once what would make them think doing it again in the future would cause any problem. How CSE was handle let me be aware of how badly the localization can get without proper control. CP let know how they can easily cut corners especially with that excuse on why they didn't include CP "gallery" mode until people complaints made them do it for Extend . Revelator not having a dub is a blow towards people who like the dub in SIgn but the fact they stayed silent on the matter until the game about to be release in the U.S is terrible. CF is the last straw for me when I tried to come up with many excuses on why I should support this company despite how shitty the treatment been getting over the years. It's obvious at this point they think they can get away with treatment the customers like shit as long people don't do anything about it. Arc System Works JP deserves the support but the US branch doesn't deserve a damn thing until they get their act together on how they treat their customers. The dub and how they treating the issue to me shows where customers stand at in their eyes. I will stand by my principle of buying any series that Arc System Works US branch that interests me used until they changed their stance. Since money is what they are so concerned about then not getting any is the only way for them to change.

I'm just not that optimistic for the dub even happening unless they withheld the english release for a bit and patch in the English voices into the Japanese games later on. They got too little time to make up sessions for the VA's to get together to record for the game since the game is probably in testing right now or may have already been finish on the JP side. We don't know how available the other English VA's are in regards to their schedule which may complicate things even more. The game is most likely is going be shipped to JP stores in September to make sure the game stores all have the game ready for release. Which means that even if testing is not over they only got at best a few weeks at best to knock it out. So, unless they withheld the game release a bit to allow the game have time to be dub or patch it later on I doubt we are getting it.

It's about not supporting the US branch of it until they get their act together. Supporting Arc System Works JP by importing is ok because Mori and Daisuke deserve it. If I pick up any games from their US branch I'm buying it used for now on. They don't deserve a dime for thinking their customers like fools that should take whatever they give them without any answers given to them.

Ram is suppose to monotone but slowly began to show emotions overtime. The problem is that how the performance may work in Japanese isn't going to translate well when work in English because of the Language Barrier , Vocal Directions, etc.. I think if given more time the dub could be even better but it's obvious that the dub was most likely rush. The fact their were some very good performances despite that really goes to the talent of those Voice Actors.

Even if that is true. Doing radio silence until when the game release to say that the dub isn't there without any reason at all explained to the fans is disrespectful to the fans. They got let off easy with Revelator because Guilty Gear is a series that never had a dub for a long time to the extent like Blazblue. Blazblue has been going on for far too long for them to think people would be stupid to not notice if a dub may not be happening after all these years. They should say something at least to those fans that have been supporting the series because of the dub over these past six years at least. To continue to ignore those fans feedback despite being told about it is indeed a scumbag move for a company to do. I don't like being seen as a wallet that should take whatever I'm giving without no questions ask.

ArcSystemWorksU, Aksysgames, and AllAksys is the three twitter accounts you can tried asking about the dub. People been asking for a while when CF stuff comes out on their twitter on the dub yet they been pretending to not see it all this time. Heck even on the latest trailer just release saying that the game coming out in the fall has comments on the dub which they still refuse to answer.

The story recording for the Japanese dub should had been finish probably sometime around March or April since that's when Rachel JP VA posted about recording the story script on her blog if I remember correctly. They had plenty of time to get at least somewhat get started at least with the arcade quotes. I doubt they going to do a patch because they never done so far except for the Vita version which may had to do with the memory issue. With Revelator they could have a good excuse of not included it because of people mixed reactions on the dub and the story dlc issue the game came out with. Which would cost a lot of money to set up sessions to get the VA's back together to record the other half of the story. In Central Fiction case their is literally no excuse for no dub this time. Them not having a dub this time is purely to cut corners.

That's what I said earlier. If they haven't started on that yet then they wouldn't have starting on anything regarding the story mode. Plus, they have to get new actors for Naoto and possibly Es since we have no English VA for them at all. Their is so little time left in regards to calling up VA's to possibly do sessions for this game for the JP release that I doubt they would have the time to do all that. Especially since we don't know right now the schedule of all the other VA;s and if they would be available to even being able to do it. Arc System Works knew that yet still chose to keep quiet about it despite people asking these past months about it. They probably wanted to wait until everything is already done to announce their is no dub so that people who tried to complain about it would already be too late to effect their decision. It's a scumbag move.

We shouldn't have to think about an Extend version even coming for the dub to be there in the first place. To consistently have releases with it to suddenly stopping near the end without any talk about it is bullshit to the fans who support this series for so many years no matter what way you take it. I already planned on buying it used if they choose not to dub this game. The US branch can go screw themselves if they think fans should just roll over to whatever decisions they make without any consequences. if I want to support Mori and Daisuke then I'm just going to have to import the JP copy to show them that. Edit: I got into Blazblue because of the dub cast when I saw Calamity Trigger Story Mode of Seitz playing as Ragna. That was enough for me to look at the other cast story modes and eventually get into blazblue. To have no dub to me is to deny what got me into the series in the first place.

We can be optimistic about it all we want but ever since Arc System Works has taken over they be trying to cut corners whatever way they can. We wouldn't had gotten CP Library translated if it wasn't for people complaining to them about it. . Revelator they chose to keep quiet in regards to the news of anything about the dub until ask in a conference about it a week before the game came out in the U.S. With the amount of Dialogue this game has and the amount of people they have to contact to make sessions to the dub the game it would take a while for the dub to be complete. Since it hasn't been started yet and the game is probably almost near it's completion on the JP side for it's release in october in which they may start shipping out the game sometime in September to make sure the stores have the game on time it doesn't leave much recording time. Especially if they still plan on releasing the game in the fall. Edit: Noel english VA hasn't be contacted either.

The fact that Ragna VA has stated he hasn't even got contacted yet means the dub hasn't even began to get started yet. We only got so much time in regards to CF JP release in October. if the battle voices aren't even done yet for that release then it most likely isn't going to be getting dub at all since the english voice audio files are required for the JP release for when JP players fight against EN players that use the english audio. With how they handle the matter of Revelator not having a dub i don't have much trust in them.

Ragna English VA on twitter apparently hasn't been contacting in regards to dubbing Central Fiction. We may not get a dub for this work despite the hard work the english VA's put into this work for so many years. Arc System Works and Aksys still remain to be quiet on the matter of people asking if the english dub is going to be there.

Majority of Calamity Trigger was retcon so I don't why we are using those plot-points to justify Noel existence. CTR is the only one that really matters which from what I know Noel survival is consider a miracle in that and her existence i treated as something that has not happen in any of the other loops before that which contradicts CT story mode that has her surivive in many time-loops.

I'm more concerned about Blazblue since we have a good dub for that for a long time. It suddenly having no dub would be such a shame after how good the dub voice cast is and how long we have been with them. It sucks Rev may not have a dub but beside the reason of cutting-cost it could also be because the dub wasn't that well received so they may have felt it wasn't adding one this time.

I still wonder what happen to Raquel in the BB universe. Since Naoto losing his limbs and getting replacements by Relius is still canon in the BB universe then him being saved by Raquel should still have happen as well. Which, brings to question what was Raquel fate after Naoto died in BB. Since the Raquel we see in CF is BEE Raquel and not BB Raquel.

I don't understand why they keep using these people despite the complaints on their localization being half-baked or atrocious. They should give Blazblue back to Aksys since they are the ones who help build it up after all. Does Aksys only stick to publishing Blazblue now?

Did Strangely Compelling also do ChronoPhantasma Extend as well?

Was the audio for the english/JP voices every ripped because I can't seem to find it in the thread.

The boundary seems more like a plot-device for Mori to put very ideas he wants into the story then anything serious now. People that should be dead by entering it don't die or it can be conveniently be used to bring people from alternate realities that have nothing to do with the current plot or who should already be dead because of the timeline into current plot if Mori feels like it. How Mori setup his story gives him a lot of leeway to do whatever he wants without it breaking the universe he made.

I just came to my mind if Ragna plan is the devour all the entitled "desires" in order for them to not come true. That may lead to Naoto and Ragna having a second fight with Ragna at full power. We know Naoto is an entitled and that his desire initially was to just find Raquel but now evolved into having to save his world. I wonder would Ragna denied his "desire" later on leading to a conflict between the two.
