we didn't have ittsuC-chun combo if I remember right. and DP got nerfed which was big deal back that time since DP-6C was the closure for most of combos.

oh, and the new gatling is 2B-5B. you can't do 5B-2B-5B, but still this is a good change. and you can lunch stick without motion if you are running. She could do that all the time, but now the running doesn't have to be long, it's like instant.

where she goes is simple. With big hit, she gets corner oki with stuffless. with small hit, she get mid screen oki. So what they did is taking off the carrying combo and advanced corner mix up. She became simple. What she does is, especially in CT, "poking around and something counter hits, or 5B hits, you carry them into corner with 3K damage, do the mix up. If you have meter, the mix up will be amazing." they took the middle off and made simple. I think this is what they want us to do with the first loketest litchi. Obviously this will be boring for Litchi players who has always been using litchi tho.

The fact is, US litchi aren't good enough to make her S tier anyways. We all are scrubs and drop combo. So taking off her ability of comboing doesn't really affect. lol The nerf is surely boring tho. Taking off ittsu from her is stupid idea(yes, no jcc.) we will figure something out, yeah. But the limitation is unnecessary. But who cares, first loketest. We just need to write it down somewhere that arcsys can take a look. which is not here tho. haha

I have exactly the same idea with LK now. As long as ittsu is jccable, and JC comes back, this is fair change. and for 6A, just give us back the CT 6A. I'll do haku-chun-hatsu or if it's close enough, 2D-JB-JC combo. They were reasonable. I like the main idea of "stuff for poking, stuffless for block string." That's what I was expecting for CS litchi in CT time.

My conclution (first rage) Not playable by seeing what's here now. the nerf of ittsu and JC kills "ALL" combos she has right now. Well, like i said, just the first loketest. Hope they won't make next rachel.

online play is just different game, period. You will need "online mode" in yourself. The game completely changes.

Yeknom needs to stop using eddie against me. It's been 4 out of 4 so far in tourneies. My jam doesn't know anything but against baiken because of the thousands of matches against Nerina (and tamaki). Over 90% of my GG experiences are about Jam vs baiken. I'm sure I can write a book about this match up. lol

we react to the techs and input 236AB. But we (at least I) can't figure out which tech it is when I actually input it. Therefore, the using of option select. if they are front rolling, FD comes out. other rolls, hatsu hit them and daisyarin picks it up. If they are neutral teching and jumping, hatsu will hit the jumping motion. So, only way of avoiding hit is just stay still and guard hatsu for many of the cast in the game.

Yeah, if they don't do ntech hj to get away, this set up isn't that great. If they just guard daisyarin, do kamone. it's much better mix up. Before this set up come out, daisyarin set up had only 50% chance to actually get them. HJ to get away or front roll to get away. didn't have option to bait both at the same time consistently. well, maybe a little higher than 50%. But it was pretty hard to land decent combo after the hit. 5A to punish the jump gives you only about 3000 damage with 30% meter. Instead of hatsu brings us up 5000 with 60% meter. I think I used this set ups in the matches in NCI. So you might be able to see how it works in real matches. Tourney pressure made me drop them a lot, so it won't look that great tho. haha

Interesting topic. I'm in love with the 13833 set up, so here's my view point. >>lunaris the thing is, if you can react, just go ahead and don't use os hatsu. your point that chun overhead isn't great is absolutely true. 21f is decent, but once we use hatsu all they need to be concentrate is chun. so of course it's better to not use hatsu. I personally think it is extremely difficult to punish all the getting out ways properly without using the os hatsu. We tend to over estimate what we can, but this charactor requires solid execution. The stability of the set up is just too good. any launch is easy hit confirming with simple combo that gives 4K+50% at least. In my opinion, keep it as simple as it can is the way to go with her. But once we show them how powerful this set up is, it's time to not use hatsu for sure. With the pressure of this, we can finally THROW in the corner set up! The mix ups by throw and all the kamone litchi has, it'll be impossible to guard. It's time for us to look for more daisyarin set ups that can used after 6C, I guess. I really hope they won't take away the daisyarin set ups in ver 2.0. I believe this is something she should have, not like the stupid damage.
