still gonna be mad if capcom takes notes from this group making buffs and nerfs who caslled berzerker rage being removed a buff (which is a nerf). if anything I wanna say that frank should be able to cancel his tools of survival into eachother. that'd be a cool buff for me (in any which order...aside TOS L-TOS L-TOS L. or TOS L-TOS M-TOS L. for examples)
