Chipp is a character with a lot of interesting animations, so I think he's a good test for how versatile ArcSys's 3d is. Does he still explode when he bursts?

Yeah, fitting costumes should definitely get much higher priority. But I like the idea of Chipp with a giant nail on his back.... Admittedly not as much as I like the idea of him being president.

I think the outfit would look fine if Sol wore it like Bloodedege or something. Also, I think May should definitely get Plat's outift, if only because May's normals remind me of Plat's

Few screens I have been able to successfully load look so good. Arksys finally got 3d that doesn't look like it was done by grade schoolers

So none of the characters seemed to be radically different from previous iterations? Did anyone have any tweaked stances or anything like that? And are the sprites still mirrored?

I don't really see why. Technically, there really isn't anything you can do with sprites that you can't do with 3d models, aside from achieving a specific 'feel' visually, and ASW seems to be handling that just fine. His teleport is as simple as animating him stepping out of a door.
