I actually don't have too many problems fighting kokonoe, at least online that is. I find that all of the players that pick her are just... bad. So it's not too hard to beat netplay kokos (probably thanks to all the sets me and Heartless had). Offline however, that's a different story. With you guys that actually know what you're doing, as opposed to netplay fodder, I'm conditioned to know how to deal with her shenanigrams. On another note, 10.3K from unblockable, nigh inescapable setup with full health OD and meter, that speaks for itself...

I've been looking into UNiB as well, it looks really cool, and I've heard it's trying to be the most balanced game out there.
