  1. Got a question I'm trying to platinum this game but one of the silver trophies is to use all charc IW i assume thats just 63214D for all charc's so I did that but still haven't received the trophy any reason why?
  2. it should be around here we all just kinda use our own Bnb that we are comfortable with I use 2A>2B>2C>214AA>J.B>J.6B>J.C>J.2B>2C>6CCC Other common ones i see are 2A>2B>2C>6C>63214A>5B>J.B>J.6B>J.C>J.2B>2C>6CCC
  3. This is my personal opinion but the charc i think with strong Mixups are Gordeau, Wald, Seth (at a higher level), and Byakuya (again at a higher level) Command grabs make a world of a difference in this game because blocking is such a strong option so wakeup command grab or command grab on your wakeup is really annoying and even if you predict it all normals are air unblockable so that just hurts more.
  4. Vs Yuzu whoever said its a game of patients is correct i usually have to start blocking instantly and wait out Yuzu and when she throws anything remotely with large start up i run and roll. Other times i run/stop to bait out unsafe moves to inch closer and when i'm in, well then i just go ham. Also on Linne pressure i noticed that Kage is 130% right that her mixup is not the best. What I do sometimes is double over heads/ assaults I know their unsafe but if i condition my opponent to block a lot and especially to block low after an overhead i find that double overheads actually open them up more than it should. Another trick is mixing up the use of Kuuga in the string. The A version is not a true block string so it might catch players who are mashing and the B version is a true string, so they wil just block that easy. I find that using the A version the opponent will block and I will dash up Grab or continue pressure. Dash up Kuuga is very unsafe on block though so I only recommend this if you have already made your opponent scared to press buttons.
  5. GGs to everyone who joined my lobby i love hosting a west coast lobby when I eat lunch or i'm out, I might stream sometime in the future if this becomes a regular thing. Anyways sorry to the players i kicked i thought there was lag from them but instead it was me cause i was downloading USF4 on PC but thats over and thanks for everyone for stopping by. Will play some 1V1 later today with my Chaos or Linne.
  6. So I was playing around with Chaos a bit and found this neat cross under combo, i used it a couple of times an it does work with some success but it might not be worth the meter but I will post it anyway to see what you all think. The trick is to use Chaos B+C roll to cross under the opponent this combo only works midscreen and can lead to a nice mixup/reset situation 2A>2B>2C>5CC>J.B>J.C>236C>B+C>6C>5C>236B (2482/2722) After the 236B if you just wait a little bit the opponent might air tech above you then you can B+C right under them in time for a cross under. Alternatively if you miss the timing the B+C will just make Chaos roll away from the opponent and you will be safe.
  7. Shoutout to that Orie player that owned me i learned alot and now want to learn the MU, also that connection was amazing!!! Also Shoutout to the Seth who played my Chaos for 3 hours straight.
  8. Several Questions I have for Linne that i hope someone could help solve. 1) Vs Orie how do i deal with her Divine Slash B+C move thats an overhead it doesn't seem punishable on Block but i can kinda punish it with a read from 6C oki 2) How many overheads does Orie have, after blocking a string she seems to continue pressure on me by using the Persona super that creates a light ball 3) Best counter poke Linne has? Cr.A has no range and the startup not really good for counter-poking so i was wondering what can i do instead Cr.B? 4) Orie hits like a truck lol
  9. Hey everyone stopped by to say thank you all for the advice on Chaos, it really helped now the Hilda MU isn't so bad but its pretty rough lol. Also I played a really long set like 3 hours with a Seth player and found that cr.A actually AA some moves of course it isn't reliable but i just wanted to let you all know that it might have some AA properties and counter poke wish i knew the frame data but thats all i got.
  10. Yea that video oh well thats unfortunate but thanks for the confirmation that roll has little invincibility
  11. Does anyone else recall how to work framedata on training mode i know I saw a video about it somewhere, where a dude had frame data in start up, active frame, and recovery set up i want to use it with Linne to figure out what to counter poke with. Also does anyone know if Linne roll has any invincibility it seems like she can be grabbed right out of it.
  12. I fought several Wald's and omg this MU is dependent on how well that Wald spacing is. If the Wald is on point god dang it, it feels so hard!!! Wald grabs can grab your right out of neutral. It becomes even worse cause if he shields your pressure he can just grab you after your string. I found run roll to be one of the best tools against Wald but other than that idk i need a lot of help in this MU also.
  13. Hey everyone I don't main Chaos but i do sub him and i like him alot but i need some help the Hilda MU is really hurting me a lot. Its like i got no tools to get in when Hilda spaces me out and the B+C move does not have enough invincibility to make him go through some moves and Azhi comes out way to slow. So any ideas?
  14. Its not a very humble request if you curse right after you make it.... On that note let players develop they will eventually break the habits or figure out something that works for them its still very early in this game and people are barely getting their physical copies now.
  15. GG's to all those i played in lobbys or came to the lobby i hosted, sorry for closing it a few times im still experiment with lobby options to know what they do and make it optimal, hopefully i'll figure that out soon but GG's overall
  16. I have several questions about lobbies sorry if they sound dumb. 1) how do you kick someone out of a lobby i have some 0 bars raiding the lobby slowing the game down a lot 2) Is there a way to mute players with headsets I don't mind if they use it i just dont wanna hear anything while playing, that and potential troll XD 3) Is there anyway to set the lobby to just set it to only 2 bars and above and no mic automatically it would solve problem 1 and 2 for me a lot but i don't know what the menu say at all >.>
  17. Just got the game 3 hours ago been at training mode all this time i barely got her Bnb down but yea it just takes work man but we're in the same boat
  18. Mine shipped like an hour ago so i would say check again. 1. You can play it on other accounts just as long as it is downloaded in one of them 2. I know some websites sell them and send you the code online others would know more than me
  19. Dang, anyone know if the 2.03 update, will fix Wald infinite?
  20. Haha good to see you here man, yea when BBCP first dropped rank and lobby's were both kinda well populated so i wouldn't worry about finding people. If you can try to get friends together to have a grind out session where you can just learn all the mechanics get use to some simple combos and punishes and then jump on Vs. If you can't cause you solo everything like me Then you can start out in training for a while then just jump into lobby I doubt there will be a shortage of players all starting with next to nothing on how to play UNIEL. So it should be a good environment. Overall Lobby after training if you have no offline players is my advice. Rank when you get the hang of basics.
  21. haha alright i did the same thing with the same shipping plan hope we get it in 3 days and not 5. Also i'm sure there will be a pretty decent community or scene for it the hype pretty high for it.
  22. I think Linne MU against Gordeau and Merkava really isn't that bad. Her speed and mixup is pretty strong that she can just get in when you see an opportunity too. I've seen linne players shield at far distances against Merkava long range and then rush in right when the frame data difference from the shield works to their advantage. Then when Linne in she can create pretty good pressure that is kinda safe. Gordeau hits like a duff truck just like Merkava, but as long as linne can get in the MU really just balances itself. I honestly don't think it's bad. I do instead think the Waldenstein MU will be a nightmare because A) I always fall for tick throws and B) i can see how a grappler character can really hurt a character that revolves around continued pressure.
  23. Weird everytime i tired to do that with my Visa on JP PSN i never could get it to work which is why i just import the game from Play Asia with Fedex Shipping (i can wait). That way i can have a physical copy and still enjoy day 1 videos from people at twitch.
  24. Linne might also fit that requirement she revolves around pressure and strings. She has continued pressure and her double jump can help extend combos.
  25. Thanks i will take that to heart it was interesting to see how players are handling certain charc so far, but i understand now that it should not be the end all be all of what a charc potential could really be. That being said i wonder if there will be any difference from how western players use charc in UNIEL form how JP handles it. A lot of Linne look the same and linear with her BnB but i wonder if there will be any variation here and difference in how we approach a charc fundamentally.
