Excuse me I'm really doubtful about block-strings and frame punishment. Most of block-strings are frame disadvantage, but somehow why those block-strings can be used without being punished? BTW, mention that IB is another story. Or could anyone tell me why we have to IB instead of normal block since most of all move are frame disadvantage.
