  1. actually i did an overdrive becuase i thought it will kill him but it needed some more hits so i just rc and hit a lilte bit more normally the best combo would be after tghe 2d to use tatami-> combo

  3. 1 more of my stupid inspiration combos ( i mean i did it in a match as a finishing combo) it was one of those great moments when u have about 2% life left and do some thing that turns the match. anyway here: dash 4p,2k,5s,2d,236236s (3hit) , rc, dash 2k,S, js,jp,js,jd , ad (dunno it was already slash so no more hits) but i think a j.hs.623s,(421s) should have connect and just for the char info it was vs jam
  4. counter hit with s /or 6hs> tatami >frc>iad jD that was just a talk/sugestion about the guide that some basic for game combos(not flashy staff i mean damage+knockdown ) would be a nice idea becuase when i started to practice all this combos it was really hell but thanks to the great members of the forum i was able to do most of them but still i have problem with some of them like : Low meaty j.HS Connected: 5HS tatami combo, 2K 2S tatami combo, 6K tatami combo or Dust Combos 5D jc>j.HS>j.S>j.SD *wait*>j.SD>ad j.SD>j.D which took me 2 hours to understand how it conects and still i have problems and Corner fastfall j.D combos tensionless Lightweights: 2K>5S>2D>tatami>SJ j.PD>ad j.PD> 2D jc j.SD> ad j.SD Midweights: 2K>5S>2D>tatami>SJ j.PSD>ad j.PD>5S jc j.D 25% Lightweights: 2K>S>HS>tatami FRC>iad D>dash 2D>j.SD>j.SPSD (baiken . 204) Midweights: 2K>S>HS>tatami FRC>iad D>tatami>sj.PSD>j.SPSD (testament . 172) i have also found that when u get up after a knockdown u can actual throw before u stand up complete and interupt attacks that begins that frame(dunno if thats true but i some times do such throws or sth else happens?)
  5. training mode and practice i cant imagine a better way back on the old days when i first played tekken3 on arcades i felt the same way i couldnt even get a 236 motion but with the time (and money ofc) i got used without even noticing it!! the only advice i can give is to just go and play a lot with the stick go play survival m.o.m or vs cpu that way you will focus more on your enemy /setups /combos/defence and u will not think "how i am going to make the input for that move" think positive and stay focused on the match like oh he is going to defend low i need a tk yz or sth i hope i helped u
  6. i have no way too record too my dvd recorder broke and my input is meshy anyway trying to improve my play i discovered that i suck at confusing my enemy when he defends well i use some low attacks but even if i change to high ones he still gets a guard and for someway i feel that baikens dust is so obvious and slow i usaully go for a tk yz or jc.k and i use a lot of throws (is this bad?) and i also need some advice about some execution not pretty sure if it works on AC is mostly from slash: i see a lot of videos of fight or combos a low to the ground iad j.d>frc...: i) dash above him and deliver a j.k from behind ii) stay exactly above him but go backward and deliver a j.k from front which is quite fast and confuses the enemy of how to defend aslo i cant conect an iad j.d after a FRCed tatami in corner <-(not pretty sure for AC since i couldnt did it in slash or reload either way)

  10. well i think the song was a bit bad choice about the combos : hmn.. i think normal combos from a fight or sth after a CH :P btw i think the burst seems a litle bad choice dunno

  13. yea i pracrice on that it seems like in ground or a jc 5hs the 6frc6 becomes a litle harder<-i have the impresion that the game lags a bit becuase of the hits and miss the ad somehow dunno i will practice 360 then
  14. hmn i am new too i-no (i used to play baiken for a long time) so i just wanted to ask some basic things about combo form ground i use alot combos like 6p,5hs.... or basically combos with 5hs after them i can jc , js >cl> frc >airdash but i cant go to tk hcl after hs what input most of u use? i tried 360 ,9632146k ,6321496k and 6321476k but seems no luck i also tried 6321469k (a habit from baiken' s YZ) any tips? ty in advance

  17. hmn i had always problems with hitting after jc>iad my iad is not so close to the ground to hit i use the 9,6 method but i cannot connect a hit on the ground the only way i usally use it is when the enemy is on air but i have see a lot of fights and cv with iads after s or 5 hs ...any hlp? thx in advance

  20. ok i manage to conect j.p after 6hs, tatami , and other variations without frc on most of the chars also i tried to frc ad j.tatami but things dint go well the oponent goes air bounce too high and sj goes too late (i tried tatami,frc,j.D,frc, ad tatami, sj... ,and someother ways but couldnt conect it) edit:thx rtl42 u had right... (hs on 2nd combo is 6hs)
  21. hmn since i am no very familiar with AC (i got it recently) what is the best 25% tension in mid screen? i usally use 2k,s,2d,236k,frc,j.psd or j.p,s,623s or hs,2d,236k,frc,j.psd or j.p,s,623s btw i cant connect psd after takami with no frc is sth wrong with me or they changed it?
  22. btw forgot to mention it but some chars werent there (or was but only one small fast combo) like i-no(there was 1 i think) , order-sol, potemkin (which i was expecting to see)

  24. try not to use a lot of usb devices in ps3.....especially charging sixaxis while playing (this was the problem with a friends joystick)
  25. HORI Real Arcade Pro Stick 3, just got it and is an excellent stick works perfect with ps2 games too ,but beware this: dont use other usb slots becuase there is not enough power!! btw is very sensitive stick <3 at first sight
