SoCals GG and BB fiends get together at SanoCon for an all night drunk fest! It'll be on and off, but more or less, just games. Drinking will probably happen around 9:30 - 10pm. For sure we'll be live the whole night then :] http://www.twitch.tv/phaethonh

Reminding Socal that stuff is going down Sat! 1st one is Rebel Up! At Super Arcade in Walnut! Hosted by Xie, it'll be a ranking battle along with the special event: "INVINCIBLE UNDEFEATED GOD OF RAGNA". Also a Skullgirls tournament will be ran by JasonD. 2nd is a large gathering event at The University of Riverside, put together by IEBattlegrounds and Arcade Revival. We'll have 8+ setups of variety of fightings like MvC3, Skullgirls, Guilty Gear, etc. No venue fee and possible $1 tourney for (most likely) a capcom game. I"ll be there doing the anime side of things :p (And SG!) Hope some of you can make it out to these events this Saturday!

So i cancelled last weeks meeting due to midterms! I'm sorry i didn't get to update here and the other forum, things have been pretty busy! If you haven't already, join the facebook group for information and meeting people who go to Arcade Revival :] ALSO i want to inform those who are checking us out, we are partnering up with IEBG to try and bring you large monthly gathering int he Inland Empire! A livestream will be hosted and brought by IEBG and we'll have lots of setups and games for people to play on! We're calling it Underground Beat! There are two options for you to choose from: Free Parking, but a bit farther distance Paid Parking, but closer distance >> [ Free Parking Instructions ] << [ VISUAL REFERENCE FOR FREE PARKING FOR UNDERGROUND BEAT: Click here to view map for parking and directions ] -> If you exit off onto Blaine... - When you exit, you want to make a right onto Blaine st. Stay on your right lane. - Make a right onto Iowa Ave. (Landmark to turn is the starbucks infront of you and a Bakers Restaurant to your right) - Continue down Iowa Ave. Stay on your left lane. - Pass the first light, then you're going to make a left into University Village at the following light. (Landmarks are a 7-11 on your left, Grand Marc Apartments to your right) - Make your left and park anywhere inside the University Village (UV). - You can also park where the Yogurtland is located. To do this, DRIVE PASS the 7-11, to the next light. Make a left at the light on University and Iowa. Stay on your right lane and drive into the businesses where the Carls Jr., Wienerschnitzel, and Yogurtland are in. - If you exit off onto University... - When you exit, you want to make a right. You'll be at a light. - Make your right onto University Ave. You'll drive under the freeway. - At the first light, you can make a right into the University Village and Park there. - You can also park where the Yogurtland is located (on your right on the first light). To do this, go to the following light, make a U-turn and park there. =============== >> [ Paid Parking Instructions ] << [ VISUAL REFERENCE FOR PAID PARKING FOR UNDERGROUND BEAT: Click here to view map for parking and directions ] -> If you exit off onto Blaine... - When you exit, you want to make a right onto Blaine st. You will go UNDER the freeway. - On the next light, after you pass under the freeway, get on your right lane. You want to make a right on the following light, onto "W. Campus Drive" - Make right onto West Campus drive. Pass the bus stop, and up ahead you'll see an information booth on the right. There will be two lanes that start to separate to go to this booth. Go on the right lane and go to the information booth. - After you buy your permit (Get the night pass), you'll drive up to a stop sign. A parking structure will be to your right. At this stop sign, make a right into this structure. You can park here. (Lot 1) - IF THERE IS NO PARKING HERE, get out of W. Campus Drive. - Make a right off w. campus and you'll be on Canyon Crest Drive. - You'll pass the first light (Landmarks, softball field on left, Alumni Center on right), then there will be a parking lot up ahead, to your right. (Lot 24) - After this light, make a right into Lot 24. - Don't forget that there are also pay visitor spaces! If you want those, the option is there. - If you exit off onto University... - When you exit, you want to make a left. You'll be at a light. - Make your left onto University Ave., then keep to your right lane. - At the first light, you want to make a right onto "W. Campus Drive". Please Refer to the map i provided. It tells you where to go after you've parked. GENERAL DIRECTIONS: We are past the art buildings. It's the first set of building you see on your right. when you get onto Canyon Crest, after University Ave. ends. There are two "INT" Buldings. One is North and the other is South. We are "INTN" Which is the NORTH building. >>>> IF YOU ARE COMING FROM FREE PARKING AT THE UV - When you go under the bridge, you're going to keep walking PAST the stop light. Cross the crosswalk safely, and continue straight down the sidewalk. - You'll see a drop off area and yellow poles. You want to make a right at the yellow poles. - [iF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF PEOPLE OR EQUIPMENT, YOU CAN DO IT HERE] - Once you make a right after the yellow poles, you're going to go around the corner of this building. This building is INTN (Chass Interdisciplinary NORTH). You'll see a Recycling Bin. - After you turn the corner, you should see our room to your LEFT, it is Room 1006. >>>> IF YOU ARE COMING FROM PARKING LOT 1 - The Flag pole is your marker for your location for where you are parked. - Walk down the left path, past the flag pole and you'll see this building on your left. This is INTS NOT INTN. - You're going to go towards that building, but keep going left, around the corner. - As you walk, you'll see stairs that go to the second floor of the building on your left. There will also be an open area with a walkway and stairs that go down. We're in that area. - Walk to the walkway, down the stairs and you'll find a small busshy area, and the bathrooms on the left. - We are Room 1006. This is the INTN Building. >>>> IF YOU ARE COMING FROM PARKING LOT 24 - When you leave the parking lot, you're going to go LEFT, DOWN THE HILL. Pass the streetlight, and continue walking straight down onto the campus. - You should see yellow poles, you're going to go around the corner of this building. This building is INTN (Chass Interdisciplinary NORTH). You'll see a Recycling Bin. - After you turn the corner, you should see our room to your LEFT, it is Room 1006. No venue fee, nor purchase to play! IEBG and Arcade Revival wants to provide locals from all areas in the Inland Empire a place to play and practice. Our purpose is gather up those whom are starving for fighting game competition in the southern california region, (especially the dessert/riverside/IE areas) and supply various fighting games to meet your taste. All we hope to gain is a fun time where you can chill, relax and mash away on the games you desire you play! We will have a dedicated setups and a livestream by IEBG during these gatherings. IEBG and AR will be bringing full setups with various fighters.
