Teyah// I always turn input mode on when I practice so I can see it. I input 6236... One thing I discovered is that though if you want to use 623 move with 6236 input, you need to do it really fast. I think you are right 4r5, for some characters I think 6236 input timing is a little bit more forgiving than others. Anji's On(623 H) is pretty easy to pull off even with 6236 command but I sometimes get fujin(236 H).

Arg... I don't know if my question belongs in here but I can't seem to find any other thread that appears to be appropriate so I'm going to post here. I have a great difficulty with inputing exact 623, dragon upper move. No matter how percise I try to input, it becomes 6236. It's ok as long as I input 6236 fast enough. But sometimes, 236 move comes out intead of 623 move, and I drop a lot of combos becuase of this (expecially with Anji and Ky's combo). Somebody told me hold the stick in 3 postion but again 'magically' 6 comes out of nowhere. I use TK5 Hori stick and this might be the reason but I don't really know since I don't have any other sticks to compare with. But I can sense that my stick is really wobbles a lot and sensitive(exact input of difficult motion is near impossible for me with this stick. Maybe I just suck). Did anyone have a same difficulty as I am? If so, how did you get over this little problem? Thanks...

lol. Wow, Ky's combos are more complicated than I thought! And I thought Ky was Noob friendly character haha. Thx for the advice. BTW, do you know when will that Ky Beginner's Guide finish? I want to learn more Ky's practical combos, not those flashy ones that you see on the combo videos that usually uses like 75~100% tension...

I'm new to Ky and I was just practicing one of the combos that were posted here...it's 2D>SVT>LJ>2P> S>2HS>VT>LJ... I can't seem to connect 2HS if combo didn't start with forward momentum. I have to dash 2D, then I can connect 2HS easily but when without any momentum, this combo does not work. Is it just me or do you need a forward mometum on every Ky's 2D-SVD combo? p.s Oh, wait...Nevermind, I think I get it. You need to hit 2P as soon as you recover from LJ right? Man, it's hard @_@;;

Firstable, don't get upset or cry or stressed over just a video game. That is just stupid. I don't understand people getting stressed over a game. Sure, GG is a competitive game but try have some fun out of it. If you are new, of course you are going to do bad at it. You will lose. When I was playing soul calibur for first time, I lost to this one guy like 30-40 times in a row but I didn't get upset. I was actually tremble over joy of fighting somebody superior. You are new. Of course it will take time to get better. Practice is only advice I can give it to you. There's a training mode in every fight game for a reason.

Awesome guide, Paul. I can't wait to see the finished version even though I'm not actually going to learn Eddie or something. But my friend is trying to pick up Eddie so it will def help him out(which means bad news for me. Gotta go more practice lol)

Don't bother...Just get a new stick other than spending hours trying to mod it just so it can work with PS2...it's not worth it unless you are very knowledge about modding. Save that stick when you get a PS3.

Just want to know in what areas Jam is especially strong or bad at. I have not played this game for long to see...you know? I know character's tier do not necessarily reflect everything. I mean, I will get shit owned by others who use d-rank tier character even if I used eddie becuase I suck...Let's just say newbie is being curious.
