Now that I think about it... didn't his crest change into the Full Blazblue mark after gaining the Idea Engine? (Just that when actually playing the game, his crest is the same as his normal one O.o)

There is something I was wondering about... when Ragna activated Blazblue in Episode 18, why did he get the Full Azure Grimoire (Black Beast) crest activating instead of his normal one? Yes he is. Hakumen before he went into the Boundary was at 100%, yet he had a hard time against Terumi, which forced himself to push Terumi into the Boundary along with himself.

When Nirvana had led Celica to the Old Gate in Ishana, when she touched the Old Gate, that's when she was copy + pasted and sent to the future (Chonophantasma timeline). The Phase Shift Celica lived on fine. She was of course, scolded for even going to the Old Gate. The Phase Shift Celica had lived on for years then became the foster parent of Ragna, Jin and Saya then it led to that event where she got killed. In case you forgot, Terumi did call Celica an old hag.

Here is the detailed translated version of the "Story" that Rachel told Ragna, Noel and Celica: The Celica in the story is a "Chronophantasma", where she is a like a copy + paste off of the real Celica. She shares all the memories, characteristics and pretty much everything that the original Celica from Phase Shift series had. However compared to the Phase Shift Celica, her powers are a bit weaker and her life span is very short.

It's seriously a shame how this series turned out kind of badly If there is a chance for a remake or movie adaption, I hope when such chance comes, it will be better...

So after re-watching Episode 18 of chronophantasma route, there is one line that caught my interest: Saya: (Nii-sama is rejecting me again...) I don't know if Izanami did that on purpose, but for some reason, I think that line kind of directs to something. It also kind of makes me remind me about the Girl=Monster and the Hero (Eiyuu) story. I can tell that the story has a huge meaning behind the entire Blazblue story.

I wonder how the anime would have been if it was done with a studio that had more budget Q.Q

Alright, all the Chronophantasma storyline videos are up on the Korean blog/website I go to (still waiting for Sector 7 and Six Heroes videos), so I shall begin the entire translations from Episode 1. However for those that were already done beforehand, I shall just either post them again along with the dialogues that are missing from it while crediting the user who did that one. Expect 2~3 episode translations per day (Depends on how long the episode is. If it is short, then I can do it faster. If it is really long, then I might have to only post up 1 episode). I can start doing them today, but after I am done with my school assignments lol I shall also download those videos as back up just in case they are deleted. ^^; The translations shall be posted here in dustloop, Blazblue forums, and my own personal blog (wordpress)

Jin's treatment towards Noel kind of improved somewhat, as he kind of tried to avoid her majority of the time, but when they were working together to save Tsubaki, he wasn't that harsh, but he still calls her trash lol. And Kagura is a cool bro totally XD His seiyuu matches him too (which makes me like him more 8D)

Don't mind me, I am just watching it as I love Ragna, Nu and Lambda, and I wanted to see Blazblue animated. But since the story is taking a bit of a different approach compared to CS, it makes me excited.

That's what I want to ask. Nu was pretty much used by Hazama, Relius and Izanami/Saya as Sword of Izanagi (Or is it Izanami? The kanji is Izanagi but the pronunciation seems to be Izanami I don't know). After Noel unlocks her power to transform into Mu-12, Hazama and Nu attack Noel, who was still in an alternate dimension in the image of Kagutsuchi. They retreat, then after during the tournament where Azrael fight against Ragna and Kagura, Nu was just standing with Hazama while he was talking with Izanami. After then it's just Nu synchronizing with Noel, where she talks like her, then by the order of the bad guys, she goes inside Takemikazuchi, then after Ragna and Celica go in, Nu tells Ragna about Noel's past, Ragna concludes that Nu is indirectly asking Ragna for help, which she denies in person and gets pissed off and attacks Ragna, where he beats her without using Blazblue, she gets totally shocked that Ragna became so strong, where he tells her she is just weak, then she faints, Ragna holds her up, he comments that Nu looks like Noel when sleeping and Celica calls her cute, they come out while Ragna holds Nu in a princess carry position (MY FAVORITE SCENE <3 <3 <3), Hakumen sees her and tells them she will bring calamity, so he tries to kill her, where Celica and Ragna stop him from killing her, then Izanami and Phantom pops out, Hakumen tries to use Time Killer on Izanami, no effect, Phantom teleports Hakumen somewhere, Noel transforms into Mu-12, Ragna tries to fight against Izanami, then she makes Nu go berserk by stabbing Ragna in the back, then she forcefully makes Ragna go Mini Black Beast mode by making his Blazblue go berserk, then he beats the crap out of Noel and Jin who tried to stop him. Pretty much saying, after Nu backstabbed Ragna there were no more dialogues or any descriptions about Nu. It's possible Phantom took Nu with her when Izanami teleported away to where Amaterasu unit is, but we have no idea what happened to Nu after she backstabbed Ragna.

Ragna's back gonna break for eternity 8D Anyways, what in the world did I just see.... Also if the battle scenes in Episode 7 was epic as Episode 1~2 and also epic as the animated cutscenes from Chronophantasma (Ex. Kagura vs Azrael and Jin vs Izayoi), I wouldn't complain... It's the same studio... yet... why....?

Unless Spectacles of Eros is used!!! 8D And speaking of "popular", in Episode 9, Kokonoe jokes about Ragna being popular after Celica and Noel tells the good side about Ragna. lol

It is a given fact that the world is running through a corrupt system. The seithr, the time loops, Takahamagara, and Amaterasu was also responsible causing time loops. Ragna's true enemies aren't them since they too are kind of victims who went corrupt after falling victim to the world's system. It is the world's current system pretty much that is the true enemy. This is another reason why Ragna is called the destroyer.

Compared to CT, where he was just destroying, Compared to CS, where he was still kind of lacking in development, We finally got more development to Ragna's character positively in this game.

Forget it... I guess some people just can't see it...

Even if that was the case, the way they drew things is totally inconsistent. The art style between scenes are going around and around with different drawing styles where some of them look like they were really done by amateurs. And in case you didn't know, animators do draw in large papers. Tones look different if 1st screenshot and 2nd screenshot is compared. Also the face in the 2nd screenshot look more chubby compared to the 1st screenshot. And those are just examples. I got WAY MORE I can point out that went wrong with this episode when seeing animation quality.

You know, why do I feel in the next game, Ragna may toss aside the Azure Grimoire once and for all? From the way he treats the Azure Grimoire: FROM EPISODE 13 (Rest will be posted later on in the story thread) Ragna: Restriction 666 released, Dimensional Interference Field Deployed... However I think there is a more further meaning to it, where for example, the Azure Grimoire doesn't reveal its power to those who rely on it or don't have a good reason to fight. The user must be in a certain state of mind and such to reveal the true Blazblue and use its true powers. I mean the name is referenced from: Blue, Brave, Blaze. Which are kind of positive words. So I think like there is another side to it that was unknown to everyone.

Yes. Noel and Tsubaki's face, body and even the action was way bad compared to how actions went in Episode 1~2. Some to point out are: 1. The art style seems totally different when compared to Episode 1 and 2. 2. Face looks weird (Faces drawn in Episode 1~3 were consistent, yet the faces drawn in this episode had switch of art style in several scenes. Also some eyes were drawn terribly) 3. Body and legs looks too fat and weird 4. Noel's action when she used her Type V: Assault Through was totally terrible and kind of blunt and slow. She turned from this TO THIS AND SHE TURN FROM THIS INTO THIS ALSO... LEGS LOOKS FAT!!

Never played Kingdom Hearts, so I have no idea. But it is a fact that Noel is abnormally acting as if she was Saya, when compared to the other Saya-clones (Lambda died early off, so we can't really say anything about her, but Nu however she only remembers Ragna faintly and that's about it. Unlike Noel who has unconsciously called out for Ragna for help when she was sexually assaulted by Arakune, getting vision about Celica = Sister later when Ragna, Jin and Noel go off to fight Takemikazuchi, the lost memory about Ragna and the family and happy life she had while getting prepared to be fused with Hazama.
