YRC is definitely broke with Based Chipp

As anime players, I'm sure we know this better than anyone. However in my opinion tier lists are more for showing which characters have to work the hardest. Because as we all know ANY character can win.

When they hit the ground after megido you need to jump. But the safe jump timings feel a bit different in this version. But that's usually the timing.

They really don't want this character to have anything do they? The curse of a fanservice character I guess, seeing as how she's been bad for awhile.
