How does the Arcade mode work exactly? How do I trigger bonus/Ex stages at will? What affects the star rating that I see during the character select screen? Also, how do I get Haro for free?

It might also be worth nothing if you're buying the packaged version, the Ex-S Gundam and online pass code are region locked too.
