I got to spend some time with ^C at TGA this Sat. It was awesome, first of all. I played against my friends Faust most of the night and won 80% of my matches using only Baiken. I love the way she plays now. It's more fun for me. Anyways:I was thinking of a combo that might be possible. I didn't get to try it out there. Launch->j.D FRC, AD tatami. Now from here, I was trying to finish it the old way. Jump and do another j.D FRC and another AD mat. But the different properties of tatami mat didn't really let me because they'd bounce off the wall. I figured you could do something like this. Launch->j.D FRC, AD tatami*wall bounce*, 6HS into loop. I'm not really sure if this would work or not. I was just thinking about it from memory of playing the other night.

IAD Tatami wasn't working too well against Sol on wake-up. Even if he wasn't doing wake up SRK.

I have a coffee table, so I just put it on there and play. But when I didn't have one, to make sure everything was straight when I was sitting down with it on my lap, I'd place books or something to rest my feet on so it evened everything out. If your wrists are hurting, you should do some wrist stretches after playing for an hour or so anyways.

From HellMonkey's link, I download from 40-55. Some of them didn't seem like Sharon based on a lot of mistakes, but when I got to the videos around number 50-55, the ones against Sol, I think that was Sharon. Edit-It was actually vids 52,53,and 54. First two against Sol and the last against Bridget. Picks the same color costume each time.

Are you talking about the Baiken player in videos 55, 53, etc? I think that's Sharon as well. I'm sure there are many other good Baiken players in Japan, but the one in those videos just seemed like Sharon's style.

I meant to say that they could still tech, but most of the time you could have enough time after a non FRCd/RCd Tetsuzansen to jump up and do a combo like p-k-s p-k-s YZS. Anyways. ^C Baiken is sounding awesome. I can't check out any videos here at work, but I can't wait to see them.

Okay. I see what you're saying. Even if you didn't FRC Tetsuzansen in Slash, they still couldn't tech before. Now you have to hit the FRC. Seems right though.

In training mode, yeah. You have to set a button to record, and a button to play back. Hit record, you make the CPU do what you want, then hit the record button again to stop. Then hit the play back and the CPU will do it. If the CPU is on the opposite side of where you had them do what you want them to, it might not end up being the same.

Why would you substitute using 6K on wake up with an IAD back tatami?

Also, if May is spamming 3K, block and punish with 2S>tatami. It'll be a counter hit, so you can follow up with whatever.

Can anyone give some tips on how to fight Testament. A friend of mine plays a pretty mean Testament. I can get some wins off him sometime, but most of the time he dominates the fight. Too much crap flying at me at once, it's hard to get in close where I need to be. I f.S through webs when he has them out, or J.p through ones in the air. He'll usually get me with those damn Gravedigger loops.

This stick cost me $200, while my Baiken stick was $140. You don't have to pay it all at once. He'll ask you to pay half first to get the parts then the other half whenever he's done and you want it shipped. He's actually a really nice guy. He'll talk to you about what you want done with the stick and give suggestions and stuff like that. I actually had to send the P3 stick back to him to get some work done on it and he was cool about it. I'd PM on SRK about it soon though while he still has the time to be making sticks.

Yes, and you couldn't have gotten that stick from him because I asked him to make it for me. :grin: It's from Persona 3. The game will be out in the US sometime in July and US release sometime later.

Has anyone ever played on a Sanwa JLW stick before? I'm interested in one, but want to hear some feedback before I get a stick.

I know they use Seimitsu for 3S. I've never used one, so I can't really saw how it feels.
