Coincidentally I'm probably already going to Florida in October, so there's really no way I'd make it twice. Sounds awesome though.

I have no problems waiting, it's usually hard for me to want to leave games by that time anyways. Ryan, reminder to bring my power strip. I'm only going to bring one setup because last time we had an overflow of them, and bringing two is a pain. Also because Ray currently has my second one. Erik you said you were bringing cards, so I'll bring cards. I'm probably going to be mainly playing UNIEL, and DFC if anyone entertains me with it. I have serious patchitis + "If Faust is top tier and Ram is unplayable-tier then fuck this game" syndrome with Xrd, so my willingness to play it tomorrow might be subsided.

So I understand basically removing J.D loops from Ramlethal, but increasing sword activation recovery by 6/8 frames is probably the worst thing that could've happened to her. I don't think having swords out at neutral is viable any longer. They did make a bunch of great system mechanic changes though, so A+ there Arcsys.

We actually had like 3-4 setups not being used whatsoever. I'm not going to lug two setups again next time if that's the case, I'll just bring one.

Kevin, I truly doubt we'll get the patch any time soon. Hell I even have a mind to say it won't be out before EVO... even though I hope it is. You'll have plenty of time with glide I think.

GGs, I need to play more UNIEL, I'm unhappy at my performance today. Good to see so many people are playing Guilty Gear, it's fun to have a diverse scene playing the game, and luckily I enjoy this version the most....... only because of the character. I don't care about the mechanics one way or another, although I'd be kinda happy if they put in throw rejection.

Lemme amend my previous statement then: Now I'm praying that we get P4U 2.0 and GGXrd 1.1 before EVO.

I lost my shit, GG/P4U was the most-likely-best possibility. Throwing UNIEL in there as well would've been nice, but I was pretty sure that was never going to happen. Now I'm praying that we get P4U2.0 before EVO.

They're trying their hardest to make Aigis as fair as possible as well, but they'll probably underestimate her true power once again. I hope they make Teddy D-tier.

If this happens, I'm just going to release the Doritos. Then I'll bring bags of Doritos to give people when they lose to me, so that they have an incentive to lose to me. Unless they don't like Doritos. Then I'm fucked.

I hope these were positive things, The one chance I got to play MB (the current one) on a cab in Japan was the smoothest that game's ever felt, I don't actually believe that the game runs as perfect as it was meant to on PC. My wish to get a PS3 port will sadly, never come to fruition.

The gauntlet has been thrown. Time to grind those 5 minute combos again.

It would still make sense to try and support times for people that will actually let a game tourney run though, rather than work around a game that's guaranteed to fire no matter when we put it.

If the only time constrained people are the UNIEL group then why not do Persona > GG > UNIEL? Hell, GG seemed to run fine being first last time, especially since the capcom crowd that cares about ONLY GG could particpate and then book it to their nearest Marvel setup.

I'm busy for the next two weekends, so the weekend of the 23rd or 30th works for me.

Melty is like Bayonetta 2, the perfect game put on the wrong system. My biggest gripe is constantly getting let down by other people's PCs.

I dunno if I played anybody on this thread at Ultra Arcade tonight, if so, I was that Ramlethal player. GGs to whoever there were. I'll see if I can make it one more time before my vacation ends.
